If you wait around before going into crew quarters about 5mins it will show take care of it then your be good to go into crew quarters with no problems. And all humans you need are all in the lobby as you enter.

I found you have to make a B line to that area with the gloo gun and make a mad dash to seal up the pipe then back up fast to avoid them blowing up on you like the two hidden in the locker room. If you have a save state where one is on fire you can try to keep reloading and making noise to see if they can move out of the way just in time.

Following this method with only Typhon powers is pretty rough... but still doable with Mindjack and your Wrench instead of a distrupter and pistol. Oliver Benoit ALMOST burned to death on mine, but i GLOO'd it shut just in time and knocked him out at 20% health. Even that was after multiple failures though... had to reload a save before I'd ever set foot in Crew Quarters when Jillian Quigg (or whatever her name was) kept turning up as a CORPSE where she does Mind-Controlled in the video, but I suspect its all about timing; I took way too long lookin around my first few tries, and didnt really know about the rush to save Oliver or Jillian at the time.
Me too. This is my second play through and he showed up both times. I am getting the no needles trophy which means I use zero neuromods and he still showed up. Had to enter crew quarters then immediately turn tail and exit back to the arboretum. I then waited for the timer to end till nightmare was gone and returned to crew quarters. When I came back I was able to do what needed to be done following Powerpyxs example. My only complaint is I am at 25 kills after finishing crew quarters not 26.
i like how they decided that you cant second hand kill them, you must be the one to hit them dead or pull the trigger. Evil bastards, but the achievements great!

I guess I just bricked this achievement because it looks like Emma Beatty in the fitness center got killed by a busted fuel line, then her head explosion made a million other ruptures in the line, which then went on to kill two others. All before I got anywhere near the fitness center, and I don't have any saves where she's still alive. Fuck my life
Such a difficult trophy to get, idk why you have to get 100% kills for this one when the trophy for emails and the trophy for finding everyone doesnt need 100%.
The one annoying thing about this run is just how many humans are in the arboretum and crew Bay Area just for all other areas to be sparse. I feel there are too many shoved in those two areas making it needlessly hard. Also does the timed human kill with the fire in crew bay only happen when you approach the gym area or when you enter the area?

Nah any typhon with a name doesn’t count I’ve got the trophy, aslong as you didn’t directly kill em your fine (so typhon killing human doesn’t count as you killing a human as well you didn’t do it) keep checking your stats....human kills are shown above mimic kills so if you don’t have human kills marked means you haven’t killed anyone.
Dahl still gives you the mission even if you missed someone. Recently finished a playthrough with 40 dead humans. How many are we supposed to finish with?
Could you please do a "I and Thou" and "Do No Harm" guide. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or missing something but I've played through 4 times and have gotta every achievement minus those two.
I had to manually go over the name list in the video for Crew Quarters. for some reason, Gary Snow is already dead presumably from the fire at the leaky pipes leading to the empty pool with 4 crew mates and the Telepath.
It seems like a better idea to just go straight for that area Immediately, Considering Emma and the other guy also roam that hallway and just end up dying due to the fire.
You might need to restart the whole area over, make a manual save at the start of Crew quarters like I did, it's easily the hardest part of that trophy. Seems the Telepaths toy with the humans and sometimes just off them or damage them little by little until they die, it's worse at the Fitness center because of that damn fire pipe leading to the pool, if one of them dies, they just walk through the fire and usually there's just a pile up of bodies right there, What I did is immediately go for the fitness center(Grab the code from the terminal at the mailroom desk) Incap/kill the humans, I left the Telepath in the pool alive, and just snuck around it, then went off to the cafeteria/kitchen and offed the humans there before killing that telepath, for me, at one point Jillian was at the fitness center, if you go to the Kitchen/Cafeteria first then she slowly makes her way from the fitness center to the kitchen
Seisokujin yeah thankfully i made a save right before i entered crew quarters jusy in case something went wrong and yeah at first i killed the first 3 when entering and i went upstairs and did all that and thats where i made another save. Then i went i to the cafeteria and killed them and when i would make my to the other side and i would find her body right by the elevator thing. I would reload right before i entered the cafeteria and i seached for her and yeah she was dead already with lots of fires going. So im assume from passing through the fire so much it hurts them and when they pass through so many times it kills them, their heads explode and damage the pipe even more.
Yeah if just one of them dies from fire damage over time and their heads burst and the others are nearby they just blow up in chain explosion too, When I first play it I wondered why there was a huge pile of 4-5 bodies on that hallway, now I know why lol
I don't know if this actually counts toward this achievement, but did you detonate the shuttle fleeing talos 1? It might count that as well, despite the fact they are not in talos 1. It doesn't count towards the number, but it is certainly more humans you can kill.

I killed everyone. Done the side mission for dahl killing the 4 left over people. Then killed dahl and alex and did not get an achievement. If i go on the crew list the only one still alive is daniel sho. And she wont come to the window.

SO glad I don't have to do that aga- .....Game didn't give me the trophy.😓 Security terminal even said only survivor was Danielle Shu, so...yeah. That was neat.😒SO Reloaded a final save and checked my stats. Are there 28 survivors or is the game messing with me? Sigh.
Why does every guide I look at say there were 19 people in crew quarters? I killed everyone I saw (and no none died from the environment unless the cook cause one of the mind controlled to blow up) and at most there were 15 there for me because I already had four when I went in and either 19 or 20 when I came out

I had the exact same problem. I have to do an entirely new playthrough because the Crew Quarters screwed me (as well as me screwing myself by overwriting my save...)

im doing a live stream of this game on my channel but im also getting 2 achievments like where u need to kill all the humans and no needles it means i cant install any nerumauds at all.
This is REALLY annoying how you need to kill people in such specific ways in order for the achievement to count it. Like, I've completed this game for over 20 times already, good half of them on nightmare difficulty, and today was my SIXTH unsuccessful attempt to get this achievement (saying attempt, I mean a whole ass run). Regular walkthrough on nightmare difficulty with max empathy level have become a child's play at this point. Why the game can't count every death of an enemy as player's kill if it was not from environment or a hostile creature (I mean, if a hostile to the player typhon killed a human it is clearly doesn't not count as player's kill, but if a frienly phantom of mine killed mind controled human - it will be fair to count it as achievement progress)? This is so embarrassing to see body count of ONLY 32 PEOPLE after sweeping the whole station and carefully killing everybody. I can only think of some situations in which my phantoms accidentally killed people before I could lay a final blow. I hope this video can help me. P.S. After my last unsuccessful run today I accidentally got an achievement for completing a run with only human neuromods and then another run with only typhoon abilities. This is absolutely unfathomable
Luke Hatton no this is false i actually just tested it after seeing your comment because i was almost postive i used the mimics and i remember it counted as a kill. i luckily had a quick save close and i can confirm using the mimics to kill him does count as a kill.
I get it, you are evil, same with Dahl but how can you end the game after? Without January telling you how to blow the shit up or Alex telling you how to use the nullware device which should "save" Talos One.
Simple. You either go to Power Plant and activate the 2 Arming Keys and activate self destruct or you get the Prototype Nullwave device from Alex and then go to Psychotronics and attack it to the Heart of the Coral
One question: If I explode Talos I like January told me, so with me and all the other alive humans inside the station (that Will logically die), Will I get the Trophy anyway? If someone knows this please answer thank you

He only appears if You don't have thypon mods 3 times in the Game that are the arbotorium, reactor and Lobby

19:21 polygon walkthrough implies you can't kill the telepath then kill the humans as it won't count, so glad to see they are wrong.
Yeah, killing the telepath only makes the humans unconscious. As long as you are the one that kills them, it'll count. Polygon isn't always reliable.

I've tried this achievement four times now, and every time someone in the fitness center is already dead. At this rate it'll be a murder-suicide.

You don't need to stun them, but when their heads blow up it's the telepath that kills them, not you.

No, you can kill them however you wish. But you must deal the final blow or else it won't count.

Luke Hatton no this is false i actually just tested it after seeing your comment because i was almost postive i used the mimics and i remember it counted as a kill. i luckily had a quick save close and i can confirm using the mimics to kill him does count as a kill.

Simple. You either go to Power Plant and activate the 2 Arming Keys and activate self destruct or you get the Prototype Nullwave device from Alex and then go to Psychotronics and attack it to the Heart of the Coral
