I think India should put disclaimer to anyone travelling to Canada that they are traveling on thier own risk, and if situations arise of thier repatriation India will try its best but cannot guarantee on the same.
Rule of law means due process and procedure must be followed in the investigation by Canadian law enforcement and laying of charges under the criminal code and this evidence to be presented before the relevant Canadian judicial authority. If the evidence is expected to be airtight, the integrity of the active police investigation must be preserved And rest assured, evidence is coming guys, keep your eyes glued.
Never forget all "justice" systems exist only because of power. Only the powerful have the right to dispense justice. It's hardly about morality anymore.
India should teach self-respect, dignity and relevant conduct as a mandatory part of school curriculum, as many grown-ups seem to be deficient in these qualities in post colonial India.
This is very temporary phase definately Indian and canada relationship will come over of this phase but instead of providing evidence their government still feel, think, assume, will analyse, they should come out of this prognostic attitude, such a very good relationship with India why they are damaging....lets hope issue will resolve very soon.
