everything looks very good. It is deliberate shall I say, you are not filling the place with lots of things from decor stores. You have taken your time and it shows. Your black DIY art in the entry is perfect and you might want to do the same with the one in your dining but white like the wall. Whatever you do will be minimal and perfect. Well done. My two cents, the tv on the wall above ikea is in the perfect place.

For the double screen you can probably get an ultra wide for a cleaner aesthetic. People are anticipating a 42 inch OLED LG C2 which can be utilized as a monitor and can be wall mounted of course. If you still really want dual monitors just get a wall mount monitor arm for a floating look.
Definitely! These are provided by my company, so I won’t be buying new monitors, but I’ll likely mount them when I get around to it ☺️

An idea that I have seen for workspace with two computer screens, are like gamer screens, on Pinterest that have two rounded screens instead of straight screens. Some of their set ups are great to look at!
Yes! A few people have said the same. I agree they look a bit better. These monitors were provided by my employer so unless I want to buy my own (I don’t 😅) this is what we have! Thinking about a built in and mounting them.

Thank you!! We switched her room to a larger room to add a play area and the new room has vaulted ceilings which make it impossible to hang curtains. I’m looking Into pink Roman shades, but still deciding! ☺️

Hello, you have a beautiful house with perfectly chosen details, so far the first mistake I see is your bed, its short back and since the bed cover is padded it makes it look worse than it is, I suggest you change the back of the bed, everything Everything else I've seen so far has enchanted me.

Your kitchen is beautiful so I hope that you get to salvage some of it for donations to Habitat for Humanity or another cause that builds homes for the less fortunate. Also, the lantern is soooo beautiful but just be careful. My mom had one and it burst into flames one day. Hopefully, they make them safer now but check the light bulb requirements because I think she probably had a regular lightbulb and should have had a special bulb for the light. Hobbs is adorable! Look forward to seeing him more!

I am currently in the process of renovating my bedroom, its awfully small and I have been trying to get some inspiration - I live in London, homes here equate to shoe boxes! I would love it if you could maybe create a video on where you begin with your thought process, colour palette etc. I.e. do you stick to 3 shades when designing, do you stay away from certain brash colours etc? This is contemporary not modern. Modern refers to a certain time period, from early to mid twentieth century (think Bauhaus, Knoll, Eames, and Le Corbusier) , while contemporary means what is current, what is now, and may borrow design concepts from Art Deco (I see a lot or pared down art deco here), traditional, minimalist, global, and modern.
Design can be very subjective sometimes! I see modern as clean lines, a simple color palette, and more classic/streamlined furniture- whereas contemporary to me, is similar but more a “here and now.” I think my home may be a mix but, again it’s more up to interpretation. I definitely see traditional, just old furniture I haven’t been able to replace yet and my house architecture is also traditional. My vision is definitely to move toward modern/minimal 🖤

We do tone on tone trim and doors - those are in semi gloss vs the walls are eggshell/satin
