When I try and rest my arms over my chest as in the video....I feel like I can't breath and start coughing... is that an endurance thing? a warning sign of breathing issues? just a comort or psychosomatic thing?
Honestly it's probably a trauma response, or if your claustrophobic. The body tissues remembers everything especially major life events. Try not doing exactly like her loosen it up and ask your body what's up? What are you trying to tell me? You maybe surprised by the answer, it could be tears, laughter, some other but it will help you to let go. Especially if you keep doing it. I wish you luck!
While I did think this was really great, next time I would stress “whatever you want for today, for now” In terms of inspiration and expression. The way it was presented I could possibly feel a very slight judgment of what was best.
