They still to this day, don’t get the credit they deserve! Far Better than nirvana or any grunge band for that matter.
They are the best grunge band
they aint grunge, they just got lumped together with nirvana
Music isn't a sport
There isn't a better band to listen to
Yep AIC is the best band out of the grunge era.
This song is in bo6 on the map stakeout
Yeah I just figured that out that's cool
I really like the Zakk Wylde guitar tone!!!! Heavy!!!!! 😎😎🤘🤘
Stakeout 24/7 got me like
[Chorus 1]
Scary's on the wall
Scary's on his way
[Verse 1]
Watch where you spit
I'd advise you wait until it's over
Then you got hit
And you should've known better
[Chorus 2]
And we die young
Faster we run
[Verse 2]
Down, down, down you're rolling
Watch the blood float in the muddy sewer
Take another hit
And bury your brother
[Chorus 2]
And we die young
Faster we run
[Chorus 1]
Scary's on the wall
Scary's on his way
[Verse 3]
Another alley trip
Bullet seek the place to bend you over
Then you got hit
And you should've known better
Faster we run
And we die young
Thank you!!🎤🎶
Lyrics are insane!!! Also thanks brotha!
Up
Jerry killed that solo!!
Easily one of their best tunes
1:16 this part is extremely addictive
Layne's face has always been as heavy metal as a rosebud and two forget-me-nots: clean and innocent.
They are all so beautiful
Call of duty black ops 6: Stakeout map for those who want to hear it where's exactly playing, is the stereo it hears with headphones.
I can see, hear, smell and taste how 90's this is.
Sounds more like 80s that's slowing transitioning to 90s
@@somethingsomething9008probably because it was released in 1990…
"Take another hit and bury your brother..." Rest in Peace my baby brother Jimmy. I'll see you when I get there. "And we die young."
I love slash, jimi hendrix, jimmy page, kurt, kirk hammet, james hetfield, but the best guitar riffs will always be Jerry ones
John Petrucci is superior To cantrell
@@stuartmendez9217 you cant say that he is. Music is subjective. Stop being a jerk
@@savinpetru6512 now say without Crying XD
@@jorgeelcurioso5659 ok, so. Technically every guitarist has his own unique sound that makes them special. No one is the best, because music is subjective. That was good enough?
@@jorgeelcurioso5659 Are you satisfied? Because I'm not lmao. People are pretty toxic nowadays, you know? Haha including me ofc
They were so good at this time.Jerry Cantrell is still one of my all time favorites.
Long hair oversized flannel shirts and ripped jeans that's the grunge style.
Dakota Foy except this is Stoner Metal
they looked like poodle metal before grunge got big
U must be thinking of Pearl Jam. No Flannel shirts here . This is pure metal.
@@j-riz7513 nope Alice in chains pearl jam nirvana and sound garden were called the big 4 grunge bands.
@@dakotafoy1996 Alice In Chains where way before the name Grunge was even around. They were more metal then that Alternative sound like Pearl Jam and nirvana . Stone Temple Pilots were Heavier sounding as well. But they came out of California.
Layne, Scott, Kurt and now Cornell... the goods always die young
Gean cornell was 50 plus that isn't young
Fahad Zahoor still is quite young and too soon, he didn't get to live a whole life
Don't forget Andrew Wood, who was 24 years old when he OD... Wood was the first big name from the Seattle scene to die.
Mike Starr too
Layne and Kurt were much younger than the other 2 when they died.
I'm an 11 year old minecraft player, I love Alice In Chains and always will, a lot of my friends think I'm weird for it but I'll never stop
Note: pearl jam disturbed korn slipknot mushroomhead pantera slayer black sabbath megadeth tool muse avenged sevenfold system of a down, those are ALLLLL bands that I love, I could go even further
Great
I'm 22, I love AIC, you're not weird, you're just growing up very well
Keep on rockin'
In time they will understand man you’re not weird
You do you, don't worry about what people think about your music. Many different types of people love this music too.
Its great someone young like those bands and more. Pass it around, pass it on
I went to see these guys back in October and I did not expect it to be the most fun I've had at a concert but man they outdid everyone I've seen
This video is one of the reasons I appreciate being a woman..
Zydrane This is a feast for the eyes, right?!😍😛
Ugh, only Alice in Chains can rock this hard in 2 minutes 32 😱 🤘
indeed! 🙂🔥🔥👌
Cheers from Poland!🙂😉
I agree 120%. A good driving song
That guitar tone is absolutely massive, Jerry is the greatest
I love how Layne shakes his head at 00:17. They all look so beautiful on this video
