U can tell nobody who bought binders from spectrum checked the sizing chart

When Spectrum first opened they had their size charts wrong, that's why the majority of people who first purchased their binders ended up with the wrong sizes. They've since updated the charts and I believe they're pretty accurate now👍🏻

I had the same problem, got a medium because it's my usual size with binders but it was way too big so I've just sent it back to exchange it for a smaller size! It's not just you bud!

I’ll be honest and say I’m not really sure. They’ve done a lot of work to the binders since I made this video but I’ve had top surgery now so I don’t have personal experience with the binders. They do have a returns system though so if the binder doesn’t fit you right you can exchange it for a new size😊
