@sebastienfayemendie2514 I'm a Pantera fan as well, AND a guitar player....that's your own opinion, and many agree. For me though, it's just a breakdown. A small section of a whole song. It's not main riff, the CORE riff of the song. The 'Sad' riff is slow, hammering grind that holds the song together from front to back, driving the listener further into the madness of one's inner-self.
THAT is heavy.
@@kcjacobs8399 I m a guitar player as well and I understand what you mean...that's why I ve mentioned that the Domination riff is only a small part of the song, the bridge...speaking about a real Heavy song, Sad but true is Heavy from the beginning and you're right...
So profesional..... no matter where the play.....they are giving it all....
Maravilloso el sonido del bajo de Trujillo, aplausos.
I would really love to have seen this. There is nothing like seeing a great band in a small venue. I get that a popular band like Metallica has to play stadiums to deal with the demand for tickets and and make big $$$$. No problem with either - they cant make much selling the music since streaming services became a thing. But this type of show is what I live for. @angryeyelive you are SOOOOO fortunate.
Believe me, I know how lucky I was that day. The first time I saw them was 86.
How this happened...
Caller: Hi this is Metallica management Q Prime and we're calling to arrange a venue there, can you help us?
Dude: Look man, I don't have time for this prank call bullshit.
***hangs up***
Can u imagine? 😅
A video is worth 1000 words just f!?$king awesome
They should have put an old school band banner across the back curtain, that would've looked so cool! hah! They should do this WAAAY more often; stadium gigs are great and all but this is so much better to see
Are you kidding me right now?!?!? 10 feet from the band? Love love love that they did this! Curious to know the venue. I'm gonna show up in a 1931 Bela Lugosi Dracula Tee shirt and see which band member notices first.
Thanks for this glimpse into a truly amazing event! How cool that must have been to be so close to these great musicians in such a small venue! 🤘🤘
This is my last big dream! Hope to see Metallica like this one
If only the reunited Guns n Roses sounded half as good as this....seriously, Metallicatz have matured like fine wine. It is incredible and remarkable.
Vastly different personalities. I think Axl's tough childhood messed a lot of things up for him. Led him to destroy everything that was good in his life. It's amazing he's come through at all.
@@brushstroke3733 Take another look at axle's life. It's pretty great.
@@captainjefferies9047 Have you heard about his childhood? The pressure to sing in church and the sexual abuse??
@@brushstroke3733 That isn't happening now.
@@captainjefferies9047 No, but it caused him to have an appetite for destruction that continued the abuse on his body. Childhood trauma has a big impact on a person's life, long past the causes of the trauma are removed. And even when the trauma is dealt with, much damage to one's life may already have occurred which cannot be reversed of undone.
How about James throwin down a couple leadie notes with Kirk at the end of the solo!!! Love the small shows, man. Loose and Mean!
Very,very cool. Sounded great.
They just love to play
That was BAD ASS!!! Clean and To the F’n POINT!!!!
Great Job Guys!!!
