I think the most finicky discus will also take Australian Black Worms ... This feed is just exceptional ... mine takes pellets as well .. Exotica and Hikari .. but whenever they get ABW, the kind of behaviour they show is just hilarious 😀
I call ABW as Discus Biriyani 😊😊😊.. So I don't feed them every day that... Weekly 2 times.. Because too much of Biriyani is not good 😄😄😄

I give them, Australian black worms the one you actually showed in the video, Exotica Turkey heart, Tetra Bits Complete & live blood worms. Most favorite for them is : Live Blood worms.
Please don't feed live blood worms to any fishes... It's will have parasites and everyday feeding blood worms is never recommended... It's very high protein so fishes cannot digest it fast
@@FwrapperAqua Ohhh.. Actually I don't feed them with live bloodworms everyday but only once in a while i.e. about once in a week. I heard this parasite issue from many people. I'll gradually stop giving them live food.

Sir I have one question; I have 3 pairs of discus 1 pair of blue diamond; red melon and red torquise each!! Now I want to add sting ray to it .. do you recommend adding sting ray since they are bottom dwellers? My aquarium dimensions are as 4 feet x 2 feet x 18 inches
You can keep string ray with Discus.. I have seen videos.. But how compatible they are I have no idea because I have never kept them together... .. Also please quarantine the sting Ray for atleast 30 to 45 days before you add it to the tank
I got new 3 pairs of discus in a new tank but they are not eating tetrabits a lot seems to be not intrested in eating tetrabits, but they eat bloodworms easily. how should i make them eat tetrabits ?
Avoid tetrabits.. Try and get hikari bio gold.. It's really good.. There are lots of duplicate tetrabits coming out these days.. So we can say

My red melon changed to complete orange , my discus loves tetra or black worms but they ever touch ocean free or hikari ... what to do now I need the red melon back now it's complete orange
Orange is because of tetrabits...but I have heard yellows change to orange.. This is strange... Generally reds become more red in colour... It's very difficult to get them back...

Hi.. How is its stomach? Is it little bloated? Sometimes with over eating Discus can get bloated stomach... Then they will not eat.. It should clear naturally.. Or you need separate him and so Epsom salt treatment.. It basically creates loose motions 😊😊

That is because of stress.. Reduce the intensity of the light and see.. It's happens with my fishes also.. So nothing to worry

Is it possible to keep discus without feeding GHM and performing daily water change schedule? Pallet based foods like Sera, Tropical, Hikari and protein based ABW and Hikari frozen foods like Spirulina Brine Shrimps and Daphnia? GHM pollutes and elevates ammonia in the water to a great extent and water changes are mandatory on daily basis if GHM are feed. It's not possible to enjoy the hobby being a slave of constant and daily water changes.
Yes possible no problem... And daily water charges are not needed..if your filtration is good... Weekly 2 Times is good
Hi i recently got an adult jumbo discus from my friend we both have similar water parameters and same tempsratures... however since a week he has not been taking food,tried feeding him discus food,frozen worm and beef heart.. other discuses in tank are eating normal and he is not showing intrest in food..
What was your friend feeding him? Also if other disus are there they will take some time to settle in the new tank.. Give it few more days.. Also how is the fishes behaviour? Is it moving around??
He was feeding him sera discus granuels and im feeding the same for other discuss... yes fish movement is fine though not so active
OK.. But what was the breeder feeding the fishes.. From where you got them? See now if a fish has grown up eating some thing.. They will take time to get used to ur setup and food..

Any food which is neutral... Like hikari bio gold, Vaquaria Pellets, Australian black worms, nls, Turkey heart pellets.... Avoid red color based Pellets... Because over time the colour of the fish will change from yellow to orange

U can try to soak the paletsbin garlic juice and introduce to discus. Or else keep them hungry for a day or 2 . These things worked for me

Very little quantity is OK.... And weekly once or twice is good... Too much of Biriyani is not good for anyone...

Any neutral food... Hikari bio gold, Vaquaria Pellets, sera... Any Pellets which are red in colour you will have problems with yellow fishes

Hi.. Even I have heard that about tetrabits.. I generally aviod tetrabits for Discus.. I have mentioned it also in the video... Rest are all good food.. Tried and tested.. Just avoid specific colour enhanced foods.. They are bad
