If I was an aquarium tropical fish I’d definitely want to be in one of Joey’s tanks , that’s dedication.
When you think your starting to know most of the major parts of keeping fish, then Joe throws out a new chapter, but genius idea. This video felt different to the the video's i have seen over the year. I liked it, which is odd as i don't own fish, but am thinking of how to make fish food now >.> XD

+Nia Castro I make them when I need to. I have already built everything possible.
I pass the food paste through a fine sieve to make sure it is consistent, also Nori seaweed, powdered beetroot and spinach as part of the veg content. Your food recipes have great results.
Could you take your food paste and put it on some wax paper and dehydrate it? It would make flake that you could put in auto feeders.
Loved the music and the editing. I've missed videos like this. I hope you go through everything you've "DIYed" over the last few years out in the gallery.

I love discus fish, I have a lot of them, so I made a video fot the types of discus fish available in the market. Since I feed my discus home made foods, this video really helps. ❤️🐠

It's cute to see the fishes waiting the owner to feed them. Just like my fishes.. But mine is little crazy & little impatient when they see us (the people in my house), especially when they're hungry.. hihi ^^

What else would you recommend for enhancing yellow in discus? I use yellow bell pepper now. My yellow discus are turning orange because of red enhancers, so I stopped enhancing reds.

Hey Joey! Just wanted to know if you could do a video on aquarium parasites. Their is so much false and mixed up information when it comes to planaria and others that it's almost impossible to know what's true and what's simply just bad info. Your honestly when one of the only ppl I trust when it comes to the aquarium hobby. When ever I have a problem your the first person I go to, and you basically have a video on everything. Except aquarium parasites. I really hope you see this message bec I'm sure you can end all the confusion and false information that's going on when dealing with these pests. Thanx for everything brother.

I did everything , should i add a lil bit of garlic..? Does it make any difference? I heard fishes get crazy about garlic scent.
watching your videos for about 2 years now... and could resist so often to start the aquarium hobby, butthe last 2 minutes of this videos want me to have discus so bad that I have to figure out how to fit an 450 litre tank here 😂

you should definitely try putting the food in an ice tray and then freezing it so you just have cubes of food to drop in
a whole cube of food is wayyy too much food! lol thats a dense chunk of food if its from an ice tray. a thin piece broken off a flat sheet is a lot less food put into tank.
Anthony Pardo You can get small cube trays, like very small. It's something I do with my snails gel food.
Joey i guess i could put the food into an ice cube tray i think it maybe easier especially for the people that don't want to touch it. love the videos too bud

iv tried, but it doesnt let me. i tried the"+" but i cant get it to work, apparently from what iv read, you can reply to someones comment. but they have taken away the ability to just straight up tag someone in comments.
Spirulina is a great additive such as garlic. Garlic is the best antisseptic and anti disease additive. It will reenforce your fish resistance to diseases, Just grind a few fresh garlic clovers in the mix. What i do with the final paste is that i just out it in silicone forms just like the ones to make ice cubes or sticks and into the freezer, then i can separate them and feed just the little cubes or brake the sticks in small portions

I put spinach and some fruit in my mix, feed them that daily, some fat happy discus

Don't fry them up and feed them to the dogs mine eat raw all the time it's one of the healthiest ways of feeding. when you cook the meat it takes out nutrients

Looks...uh. Probably more nutritious than what I'm having for dinner, lol.
Regarding the packaging: fold the top of the bag down halfway on the outside to eliminate getting goop on the zipper. Makes it a much less fiddly operation and is faster. As well (if you don't already) you can slide all your individual baggies into a larger freezer bag (or two) to cut down further on any freezer burn.
