Established 2024 in honor of two pillars in the community: Joan Bowman and Norma Stone who desired to see a flourishing community in central Marion. The park was built through the generosity of churches, non-profit organizations, and community members to create a safe, stable, and sober outdoor recreational space in the Center City Neighborhood where friends and families can find hope, health, and wholeness.
