Had one of these on grandpa's farm when I was a kid, along with a fleet of Ford 3000's and 5000's. This was the only tractor I was not allowed to operate.
We had a 3000 and my uncle drove a 5000 primarily as a grass cutter after we got bigger tractors. Our bigger tractor was jd 2840 with 80 hp and we later got a MF 1155 that we used to break ground with a 21 ft disk. My uncle bought a 1066 and 1466 for his soybean farm. Another neighbor had a IH 856 and another had a Ford 6600. One old man in the area used Farmall Super Cs Hs and Ms. My other uncle used a Ford 8N. It was fun to ride the 1466.
Got all my chrome stacks from Thomure MFG in East Prarie Mo. Dave is the guy I talk to and Cluade is his dad that own the comany. 1-800-857-9954 or go to find their website online with internet search. Both my 14's have 3 and 3/4 inlet to 4" and they call that the truck cut on the top. Non cab one is short enough to just fit under a 9 foot door.
