A little bit of Chordeleg a town near cuenca in ecuador . we went so karen's brother can buy some jewelry. We visited the local market and had some pulled pork and also visited an orchid flowers museum and shop. Sorry we didnt film much of the flowers though.

Please change your title... this is clickbait! You went to ONE jewelry store for 9 seconds from 1:22 - 1:31, talked about your mosquito bites, and the rest of the video was about food and orchids. Chordeleg has some really great jewelry shops where you can get great bargains on silver but not necessarily gold. It's too bad you didn't even cover TWO shops just for comparison. You didn't show ANY prices and you didn't film the purchase of any silver so how do we know if the prices there are better than you could get anywhere else in Ecuador? I have bought from Chordeleg and you can get silver at a really deep discount if you negotiate with the store owner. They know you can go next door to get a cheaper price and they WILL strike a bargain with you. THAT's what I wanted to see in this video, strictly based on the title. Based on what is covered in this video, perhaps the title should be "Chordeleg... great food, orchids, and atmosphere!"

@@juanqui1990 I wish I knew! I only have experience purchasing SILVER in Chordeleg. I looked at their gold, but I didn't think it was a great bargain. The point of my post was that they claimed it's a great place to buy gold but then they never showed anything to back up the title of this video.

It's very expensive to buy a car and what kind of taxes, for a home, taxes are very low. For a home about I think not totally sure about $200/300 depending. I don't think they tax goods but, haven't lived their since I was a baby. :( But go back all the time.
