    I’m a new golfer of 2 years and taking lessons at TopGolf since they are 2 min from me. Watching Eric’s lesson made me realize you can’t take lessons just anywhere. Although the TopGolf people teach the same swing technique, it’s useless if it’s not taught by an instructor who can clearly tell you what’s wrong, what you are doing to make it wrong, and then tell you what’s correct, what to do to get your mind to feel that correction. Eric is more informative and has the solutions. #1 Instructor for sure!

    Congrats Eric. Great job of communicating during a lesson. Can't wait to see you work on the dswing! Great realization that things that happen much earlier in the swing are not going to let you get to the end result of hitting good shots and that you have to go back and tackle the early stuff, see what happens after that gets corrected and then work from there.

    Great video, Eric. When I started to train these wrist positions, my wrists actually became sore. However, the benefits are unbelievable. Compressed iron contact, lower flight, and more distance, with less effort, using a shorter backswing. You’ll also hit it straighter, because the face stays much more stable through impact, and beyond. Keep in mind…. You’ll need more rotation than what you’re used to, because you won’t be stalling the body to flip the club face, and you’re gonna need to feel more right side bend also, because shaft lean actually makes the club shorter. It takes practice, but it’s well worth the effort.

    I was doing this my entire golf journey and couldn't understand why I was slicing the ball and other stuff. Until I watched you starting your videos a few years ago I've never looked back they don't really teach this .if I'd none this I may have been a better player especially when I was keen to play and practice 25 years ago am now 56 . Your videos are fantastic keep up the great work you are doing cheers from the UK.👍👍👍

I have done many of the same things you recommended so I know they work. Look at the right shoulder at impact on your client and the man in the video and yes we must feel like we are bowing at the top I was keeping my right shoulder back and flipping , I went out hit plastic golf balls bowing at the top and bringing my right shoulder closer to the ball at impact an amazing difference with way better dynamic loft and farther going out tomorrow on the course can’t wait to include this in my swing , great video from one Italian to another ….

    Can you do this same wrist set (left hand bowed) on wedge shots? Or would that lower the loft too much/create unecessary wrist movements on a wedge shot

    • @donaldd2274
      @donaldd2274 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Also, this needs to be with a neutral or weak grip right? A strong left hand grip and bowed would close the face too much ? Thanks !

      You can do with wedge for full swings and longer shots.....yes.........wouldnt do as much around the greens bc you want more loft/bounce
