air pressure in bladder wont make it harder imho. To make it hard you need different spring pressure in bladder just put pressure to the oil circulating in the shock.
After playing around with the air pressure in the bladder I've found it creates a similar feel to adding compression dampening to a tradition IFP shock. You're right in that going up a spring rate will make a stiffer shock, but since the Jade X does not have compression dampening adjustments the bladder pressure is used. The 350LB spring weight is good for my body weight, I'm sitting at the correct sag amount. Just needed a little extra support for those faster sections!
Where are these trails? Those names don’t come up on Trailforks. Also the ridiculous foam cover makes ALL the difference. Ps. Put it in Protune mode and force stereo
These trails are up by UCSC, you can park on Hwy. 9 and climb up to the top, or park on Empire Grade and ride down to Hwy 9. The trails are not on Trailforks as they are all illegal, but you can find them on Strava. Worst comes to worst, just ask around, there are always tons of riders up there! Awesome, glad to hear the audio is a little better haha!
Thanks man 👊🏽 Looking forward to seeing more follow ups on the Jade X. Considering it for my next build. Currently riding in a Topaz 2 and Diamond fork 🤘🏽🤘🏽
Thanks for telling us where these trails are located. A lot of people always keep these gems to themselves. Looking forward to checking them out. Great video great audio!
Armando Cerna this are illegal trails. u can get a ticket when rangers are present. sometimes they are active, most of the time they are nowhere to be found. so pray to trail gods u dont get caught

Looks like some nice trails, stay down there for awhile because it's cold and wet up here in Portland😃🚴
