I just finished it myself, I thought there'd be more to it going in. I absolutely love story mods for OoT, so I was pretty invested in what little we had. A lot of interesting stuff with pleasing aethetic was implemented in Dawn and Dusk and it's such a shame it was so short. I understand though that modding is a time consuming hobby that I could never find the patience to do myself. So while I would have loved more content in the context of this mod, I'm glad to have been able to play it at all.
It's hard to say which is better since they both are incredibly well designed, but in my opinion, the custom items in Missing Link are what make it slightly better than Dawn and Dusk. It's really cool experimenting with the new items, and solving puzzles based around them.

If you have a rom it's available pretty much anywhere. There's another one that was released more recently too, called "the missing link" which even add a new item with it's own gameplay mechanic.
@@drum420 that's up to you. Do you have everything required to play it? Are you a collector? It's a fan game and not an official Nintendo game so it probably won't appreciate in value.
@@damagedcharizardcollector1195 the easiest way to play would require a pc, an n64 emulator, an Oot mod, and something to patch the rom with the mod. There's plenty of web sites that'll patch roms very easily.
What ending? 3:02 . But I guess it spoiled the lack of an ending? Also, I'm pretty sure all reviews spoil games in some way, otherwise it wouldn't be a review, so be careful about that
This is probably the unused parts of ocarina of time they probably originally planned to have link face volvaga as a child but came up with a new idea of dodongo cavern & to save that for the fire temple which explains why there’s no ending

Honestly I felt as though that the overworld itself after leaving the village was an entire dungeon. One that took place inside and out.
I played Zelda 64 d&d back in 1999.
Good times
Seriously, we need more mods like this! This is a full blown DLC to the game! not just re-hash, but an actual game! wow
I just found out about this, definitely have to play it soon
would you say Missing Link is about as good as this? or better or worse? i haven't beat this yet, but i'm liking it so far

Next time you review a game…..try not spoiling the ending. I don’t even wanna play it now.
