Thanks a lot! I may at some point do some very basic animation tutorials focused on technical aspects, but animation is a huge field of aesthetics in which I am not competent, so I would advise looking up some channels that are focused specifically on that.
i came straight from the previous tutorial on rigging but i now encountered a problem, whenever i try to press on the skeleton joints with the IK handle tool it says ''No valid items were selected. Must be joints, effectors, or nurb curves.'' Im not sure why this is but I've noticed that the skeleton on your mesh is much thinner than the skeleton which you end up with at the end of the previous tutorial. any help would be appreciated.

I found the issue, Maya 2023 has a major glitch with IK handles which cause them not to work, an easy fix is to go on Maya 2022
