That Big Master bath Shower is the whip. Awesome looking. Kinda wished the Guest bath matched with a walk in half wall and splash glass. That would have topped it off. Everything else was awesome.

Love it! Would change Backsplash behind range. Loooove the master bath with tub, shower and 2 walk-in closets. Would maybe change sinks in there. They’re a bit bulky. Would change gray color on walls and maybe have it look a bit more Farm-housy? Overall great model, great price, love it! Thank you Mr.Tiny for showing Multisectionals and not always Tiny Homes❤️

Love the whole house especially the master bedroom where you can put on your face in that set down area for the woman. Now the only question I have is where is the laundry room at or did miss that. Love the kitchen area is was beautiful a lot of everything. I just love the whole home . But if I was buying it I would want two master bedrooms and bath plus a coat closet with a light in it and a 3rd bedroom. I wouldn't need a 4 th bedroom . And another bathrooms for the 3rd bedroom and a half bathroom. Over all I just love that home .
I rarely comment but I like this layout and size so much I just had to. The colors are perfect. I only need 2 bedrooms but want 3 so that I can use one as my own little personal den. Two recliners, one end table, room for 2 small dog beds and a TV is all I need in my den. I would add a garage, exchange those sinks in the master bath for a different style even though I know those are very fashionable now I don't care for them. The walk in closets are perfect and I love, love, love the makeup/dressing center. I would add hardware to all the cabinets and this home would be perfect for me and my two dogs. Those are all easy, inexpensive fixes and this home would be well worth those adjustments IMO.
Oh, Mr. Tiny, this home makes my heart sing!!! One thing though, can I have the sink on the end of the counter across from the dish washer? And remove the cupboard above where I want the sink and put in a window? I think it would make the home perfect!!! Except maybe a fireplace in the livingroom. Thanks for the tour. You did a great job as always. I really love the kitchen. Great use of space and more refined surfaces than you usually show. The rest of the house not so much. A lot of wasted space and unimpressive guest rooms and master. No window in the guest bath. Ridiculously over the top master bath for this size house that I wouldn't want to clean, but no shampoo and soap nook in the shower. I'm not a fan of closets in the bathroom which encourage mildew on your clothing. Finally, most people really want their master to face the more quiet back yard. I wish these manufactured home companies would get the basics down.
I'm looking for a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, lots of counter space ane enough space in the utility room for my upright freezer. Also, absolutely NO clothes closets in the bathroom. I've had experience with, and have seen to many with, mold and mildew problems when closets are in the bathrooms. I've lost hundreds of dollars in leather shoes because of mold and mildew collecting in the closet and several thousand in leather coats. Once that smell gets into your stuff, it NEVER comes out. I'll never have another home where my clothing closet is in the bathroom.

The home is absolutely gorgeous. The only changes that I would make are to make the kitchen sink a stainless steel farmhouse style with the detachable spring-loaded faucet. I would also want to change the showerhead to the shower tower which I love. Those would be my preferences. Outstanding price, the only thing I didn't care for was the hot water heater the bedroom closet. Must people /kids closets will be full. Not an ideal place for it. But overall a fantastic place love it ❤️
Really nice but I would prefer to have the sink under a window. Another downside is how small the closets are in the first two bedrooms. Price is nice also.
