Packed out with quality and comfortability it won't take long for you to settle in and call this two bedroom cottage your forever home. Every time we bring a new home to you, we do our best to bring new features and stay innovated with our homes and we feel like we did just that with the Lynnhaven. One key new features we will point out about the Lynnhaven is the high tech, pop up charging ports built into the island. This is one of the first times that we have done that here at Recreational Resort Cottages and we have a feeling it won't be the last. Build to provide plenty of space in each section of the home, you will not feel cramped and will always have room to enjoy.

The Lynnhaven is on sale today for $127,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

I LOVE this one.. A big bathroom and especially the surrounded soaker tub is exactly what I need and look for while i am looking for what one to get! (I'm disabled and soaking in a tub helps me tremendously)...
I love the sliders and side exit- so I can put a fence around starting at the sliders that goes around the back of the house and to the other side door (like a wrap around yard) for my pups to have a yard i can give them access to from either side of the house ...
The only thing I would just have to change is the front door. I'd need it to open towards the inside so I can have a screened door put in.
Other than seeing how much it would be to deliver to our land, I'm sold if they can do the front door. How I mentioned 😁

This home is beautiful! Love your white suit and shoes today Mike! Loved just about everything-I would prefer the brilliant (!) pop up electrical tower from the island over to the cabinet/counter to the left as you walk out of the kitchen area down the hall. It's a very small area but still in the kitchen, and would be a great place to have your charging station, key fobs, etc. And the hidden trash can cabinet is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love hidden away garbage cans. Thank you to your kitchen designers!
Texas new code states they can no longer put plugs into the sides of an island. So if you want electricity for the island the pop up is the only option. 🙁
Charging station on the island is a nice bonus
I see comments on here about Mr. Tiny's voice. Mike (Mr. Tiny) uses correct English and avoids corny jokes trying to be funny like another you tube guy who tours homes. If I happen to really want to see a home from that other guy, I turn volume OFF! Mike provides all info you would want, and knows his product!
Yep, I always use CC for that other guy, if I can even stand to watch it.
This is the best one thus far. I LOVE how the electrical box is in hallway area, near back door. The bathroom is perfection!!! Nice and roomy.

This model is Pure Perfection! I would just add another window over the sofa. Love this one!! And Mr. Tiny does superb job of showing every feature. He just flows from one feature to the next without skipping a beat. He would be a fantastic motivational speaker too.

Beautiful layout. I really appreciate the large master suite and bathroom in the back of the home. Very nice having a separate shower/soaking tub and a half wall on the shower for privacy! I always appreciate a sliding door leading outside from the dining/kitchen area too. If this were my home, I'd have a solid wood entry door and choose different colors for the interior/exterior of the home and add a wrap around deck leading back to the slider off the dining area. Oh, and a wood burning fireplace! Perfection!! Thank you for your continued upgrades and ideas that you incorporate...charging station is a plus.

I chime in… Mr Tiny should be AKA Mr. wonderful Tiny. He is a class act in his presentation, clothing, personality and everything else (don’t want to get into trouble!). He knows he is good, so I hope the insults don’t get to him. All these homes he has are beautiful. They need to open a branch in So Cal for us people running out of money in this expensive environment!

ok.. I love this floor plan. I love all the storage areas. This place can accommodate my passion of textiles. The extra bedroom would be a sewing room. The island is perfect for cutting fabric and not interrupted with a sink. The 6 door storage in the second bedroom is for fabric for quiltmaking.. The space behind the island in the kitchen would hold a small floor loom and a castle style spinning wheel. I could be out in the main room while using those. That hall closet would hold all my raw wool, roving, braids and finished yarn for knitting and weaving. The bathroom is amazing. It would be so easy to make that a roll in shower. We dont use a bathtub, so I would make an extra closet with that space, and have a his and hers clothing closet, or you guessed it.. room for more art supplies... lolol. I garden and am a home canner. That kitchen is set up to get some serious work done, and room for equipment. This is just about perfect. There are only a few tweaks I would make. I would want tile all along the kitchen wall that has the stove and sink, for ease of cleaning. In the hall way, I would stack my washer and dryer, and put a cabinet next to them to accommodate my freeze dryer and have more storage, instead of the overhead storage all the way across. I am a shortie. Lifting laundry soap etc over my head is not my idea of fun. This place has GOOD BONES
