when looking at price, you need to also consider longevity (for how long the phones will continue to receive software updates) and build quality/design/materials. In these aspects Nokia has been doing well, but they have been weak when it comes to giving the latest processors which hurts their sales.
The difference is there but most people wouldn't really notice it unless they really look close enough. Of course for social media, they are almost equal, except for low light where the iPhone is much better.

So true about exponential price increase! I think nowadays since we have such a powerful post-processing software, you can really mimic top-tier phones with budget one's, in terms of light, color and noise. Try to challenge it with nokia pureview boss😃👍👌
Just use google cam port. And boom . You beat iphone camera. I have Nokia 5.3 and the result is much better with google cam. It's like I'm using Google pixel camera sensor.
It does improve pictures a lot :)
This is not the way to compare Pics, pics taken from both phones should have presented togather on screen.
Thanks for your feedback. I have implemented what you suggested in all of my later Comparisons
I am not sure... about this one! It is like trying to compare aMercedes E Wagon amg with a toyota corolla Hybrid... There is no way that the guy who bought the mercedes will buy the corolla . Perhaps he could buy it for an employee. The Nokia 5.3 is a good overall enter level non-chinese phone... copy that . A good utililary phone with not so much enjoyable features. Yes for a only "one shot" try based b on snapdragon 665 chipset . in regard of the 4 or 5 phones lauched on the same engine!. Moto g8 plus, moto g fast , moto g8, moto g8 power,....motorola one vision, motorola G stylus , the Nokia 5.3 is a valuable compromise.
The point is not to compare them and choose one between them. It's to see how a budget device with a competent camera compares against one of the top camera devices. Just an experiment to see how big the gap is :) No one will cross shop between them of course!
nokia for ever
The absolute madman
Why man you are only a madman Nokia camera is still good I'm it's price range
There is no wide angle front camera on nokia 5.3 ... You lied... So diassapointed ... I bought nokia 5.3 bcz of this review....u hurt me
Where did I say there is a wide angle camera on the front? :)
I have 6.1 & I compared it's camera with my uncle's iphone 11...
Nokia 6.1 wins(gcam)..... Only it doesn't have 60fps
I would argue that the camera king is Google pixel 4a for the price
Absolutely, but the 5.3 costs almost $200 less than pixel here in dubai
Subscribed today bro 😎❤️😈🖤🔥🌚🥺😪💔
Thank you :)
As câmeras são bem parecidas
gcam + post editing for Nokia
Love your cat
me too haha
@@AbdullaZaki The cat pic shows that the I Phone uses more sharpening and some more contrast than the Nokia. I say this a dedicated amateur photographer enjoying my hobby for more than 50 years now. Cute kitty by the way !!
Well at this price point nokia do well but you couldn't popular specially the brand like nokia who has own brand value couldn't take camera sensor from samsung or sony make our own camera lens rebuilt the legacy of our own nokia lens you can beat the all smartphone brand
Nokia❤️
Nokia 5.3 stock cam vs gcam
You can check out my part 2 video of the Nokia 5.3 covering GCAM here:

Love Nokia 💕
Bro what about nokia 9
I'll do a full camera review for the Nokia 9 very soon
IPhone allows more light to its sensors...
For sure. Better optics, and better sensor on the iPhone. + optical image stabilization
is this channel sponsored by Nokia !
he's only reviewing Nokia smartphone
Haha I wish I had a sponsor. I have a large number of Nokia phones from back in the day so naturally have to start somewhere. Don't have the luxury to just buy every phone so I'm focusing on nokias for the time being. That being said, I'm also very critical about a lot of new nokias, so I try to give a balanced take.
There is know comparison if you but a Nokia phone or any android device they top any iOS phone which by the way the I phone uses a stolen symbian so it's super limited that it doesn't deserve the money Gap
Nokia is the best
Nokia is the best💓
Nokia better!❤️❤️❤️
Install GCAM on Nokia then compare
It doesn't work on Android 10
@@AbdullaZaki it works, mine is 6.1 plus and already update to Android 10, it's still work
don’t see’s diference
Nokia is best.
iPhone winner
If your passionet about photography, go out and buy a camera, not a phone.
Not everyone can, and not everyone wants to carry an additional camera.
@@AbdullaZaki you are comparing the Nokia with the very expensive iPhone. So if you buy the Nokia you can afford a decent camera with a real lens. I have the Nokia and it is a very good phone, gps works very well which no one ever talks about and the photos are ok.
It works as a phone too.
I have passion for photography and I still use an Olympus E620.
Megapixels are only a part of the story to get a good photograph.
It is amazing that these phones can do so much. They shoot better video than my old Sony steady cam. Passion = priority. If you have a passion for the outdoors, you could watch videos on your phone of forests, or you could go out to a forest.
Nokia🤑🥰🥰
Nokia is very good.
if you are "passionate about photography"...
buy a phone... ?
The thinking that every person passionate about photography can and will carry around a DSLR is outdated in my humble opinion :)
@@AbdullaZaki well even a point and shoot that fits in a pocket can take better pictures than a phone.. it just comes down to physics.. size of lens, sensors, and electrical noise from the phone's radio and so on..
OMG, IPHONE is so much better than Nokia \O/
Amazing right? :)
💓❤💓💓💓💓
Nokia 8.3 can easily beat it
We'll find out soon :)
