    That half split is wild, and who knew that flexing the toes back makes such a huge difference in the depth of that stretch. Thank you!

    I really enjoy these quick morning sessions. I can start my day off on the right note, and not get up any earlier. I do mine as coffee is brewing. Today was day 23, and I am still going. After 21 days, and I am also going for about an hours walk each day, I found that my back is still tight, but much better, and my mental clarity is way better. I am thinking clearer and faster, I'm in a better mood constantly, and I am happier. Thanks Uliana for helping on this wonderful journey.....
