Seen this.. I’ve a grand Picasso 08 1.6 and never had an issue! Going down the motorway and just lost power... no idea why no lights nothing!! Had it in the garage and they’ve no idea.. changed fuel filter and checked as much as can but no change???? No idea what to check next :-(
I have a smaller problem i started my car and it did take two or three trys on the key to get it going driving home got about 2 miles and the anti pollution worning come on car went into limp mode after about 8 miles the engine stoped all toget then there was a bad almost electrical smell inside the car i removed the mass air flow meter and the car fired up rite away i have take it to a garage they think that sum of the injectors have faild i am having trouble understanding why taking off the mass air flow meter would help the car start with a faulty injectors the car runs fine up hill under load but has trouble on flats and going down hill all help is greatly appreciated

i had a issue with my DS4 the fault code that p0299 the describe is turbocharging circuit ?can anyone explain i already change electrovalve vaccum sensor .and vaccum boost..pls help..
Try cleaning your map sensor . Unplug it run the engine to 2000 rpm a few times so the egr a turbo run past any potential sticking points. Then replace plug into map sensor Clear the two fault codes relating to said egr and turbo. Drive the car and hopefully after the ecu has settled your turbo and egr will be settled.
Dean Richmond hi pal I got a 1.6 hdi 90bhp seems to have lost all boost after approx 2200, it revs to full rpm... Just not that quick when driving. Any suggestions ?
I just had this problem witg a new air flow sensor i was told it was a faulty sensor and was sent a replacement my engine now runs right but alot more smoke :(

Same here, and cleaning Maf did not help. So have you changed MAF and problem went away?
Cleaning a MAF almost never works, at for example eBay you can buy a new MAF voor around 40 Euro

yes dude i have same problem when i disconnet the maf sensor engine is working well but turbo smoking little bit. now what i have to do for fix this?

Could be a sensor rubber filter that needs cleaning/replacing , split pipe , turbo issue! The list goes on

Same issue here solved by replacing turbo electrovalve. 9hr engine.

+GRAT3939 delete egr and blank to egr hole more than 80 percent smoke will go :)
disconnecting battery negative terminal for 30 sec might help.. i guess.
