I totally agree! I stopped Facebook altogether. I do have an Instagram, but I don’t use it. I don’t follow or watch any “influencer” on any platform other than TH-cam. I don’t have time for all of this stuff. If I was attached to it, I wouldn’t get anything done. My house wouldn’t be clean, the laundry would pile up and the yard wouldn’t get mowed. Hi Reggie, I started the lifestyle a couple of months ago and I am loving it. Your videos have helped me tremendously. You and Dr Mindy Peltz. Hormones are a massive part of any woman over 35. They will wreck your life if you don't pay attention. So far I have only managed 24 hr and 36 hour fasts. I feel good and have lost weight and inches. I want to try 48 hr fasts now. My weekends are for extended fasts, I find it easier. All your tips have really helped. I feel fantastic. Thank you so much ❤
I save myself by writing in my journal also. And working and weeding my garden. I'm also doing IMF and sometimes I do ADF but I never lose enough to see the cellulite go from my arms. I took a pic at my moms birthday party and my arms were huge. Ugh!

Great advice, I had stop intermitted fasting several months ago and I swear the weight came out of no where I am perimenopausal and I am hoping I can get back on track. I have always work out and walk but my energy level is shot right about now but I know I have to push myself and change my mindset to get back on track. Thank you. I did wonder why I had not seen you on Instagram within the last several months and you are so right you have to push back from social media from time to time I do it always as well. Weight training has been my little make-believe miracle. I push a sled, pull-push landmine and back&armpit fat exercises and done. From 5or6 days to 3 hard core for better results. Unbelievable!...I plug in less than two hours total each day and totally unplug astound 6p.m.. TH-cam for info and Pinterest for ideas only
