  • Recipe of vegan and vegetarian veggie Onigiri. I am showing how to make 3 types of Japanese Onigiri in this video. 3 different flavour, I hope you can find good Onigiri idea.
    Miso aubergine/eggplant is Japan's classic and goes very well with steamed rice. check the saltiness and sweetness of Miso aubergine/eggplant before making Onigiri balls.
    spread the rice on the cling film and put some and spread Miso mix, but keep the edge no Miso, otherwise rice can't stick together and you cant make balls.
    For ketchup and egg Onigiri, if you are vegan, try to use vegan cheese instead of scrambled egg. and some green. chopped pasley or cooked spinach, green peas or Edamame like video.
    do not mix too much stuff, the chunky stuff will disturb the rice to stick together.
    For sesame oil and soy sauce Onigiri, try the crispy onion and Nori seaweed absorb the soy sauce and sesame oil. this is the key for taste.
