If the pain is similar to a DOMS soreness (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) then It would probably be fine, but if the pain is worse and it was annoying then it's better to go to a doctor for a check
Eat sardines, or cod liver or fish oil. My abs pain after strenuous workout i eat canned cod liver together with its oil for 2 days and now abs alive n kickin.
