    Love to see a cookie recipe without vegan butter as I avoid oils solid at room temp. Thank you!!!!

    I have just made these, with a regular flour . I decreased the amount of oil in a half because I try to avoid oil as much as possible and I was afraid it will not work ( i added water instead of the remaining amount of oil) but amazingly they turned out super tasty, so good! I also used a regular sugar because I don't have a coconut so I decreased the sugar too (half a cup) and ...i took 1 tb spoon of date paste instead of Maple syrup ( don't have) . So yea... sorry for the changes...just tried to adopt to what I had and I always try to decrease sugar and oil but this recipe actually allowed these changes and this fact wowed me because usually I ruin recipes😅 . Thank you so much, these will be one of my favourite!

      Thankyou for posting this. I am extremely allergic to rice so have to make my own biscuits and cake with other gluten free flours. I’ll try them

    Thank you so much for such a great recipe! Tried them today, super delicious though mine didn’t turn out to be crispy from outside, definitely gooey from inside!
    One thing that I would like to mention…in your video u have used 3/4 cup of water whereas in your recipe you have written 1/4 cup..pls clarify..

    • @HeartfulTable
      @HeartfulTable  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there!
      Glad you enjoyed them 😊 For a crispier outside, bake them a little longer. Every oven is different so it’s a bit of trial and error to get them to your preferred texture.
      I’m not sure where you heard ¾ cup of water in the video, but I do say ¼ cup?

    I just put the dough in the fridge but my dough doesn’t look as moist as yours. I added a bit more of coconut oil but it didn’t seem to work as the dough was coming into small pieces. Let’s see how they bake!
