This channel is soooo underrated. You guys are incredible and I haven’t found vegan recipes at YOUR level. It’s insane. And you’re the reason my non-vegan family LOVES my vegan cooking.

@@FataLenora awesome!! :) I highly highly recommend trying their penne vodka recipe if your family likes that. My family was blown away and didn’t believe it was vegan!! You just have to make sure you’re using a good brand of vegan cheese 😊
@@Briana12906 what are your favorite brands to use? Any recommendations? I do use Follow Your Heart and Miyoko. I tend to be picky lol but I am open to try new things.
@@FataLenora I really like those :) the penne vodka recipe calls for a good amount of parmesan cheese and I think the highest quality brand is the Vio Life parmesan, it comes in a triangular block that you can grate and it’s amazing!! But if you have other recommendations please fill me in lol

I love the beginning, I felt like I was watching stand-up comedy! You so funny Andrew. These look more like muffin tops than cookies. I'd be making them right now but I don't have a stand mixer, or any mixer. Tiny kitchen, tiny budget.
You can cream the butter and sugar together with a hand mixer (goodwill and habitat for humanity have LOTS of them if you’re in the US!) There’s no reason you shouldn’t have these cookies in your life.
