Tien Shan Qigong - Level 5 - by Master Yueng

This video shows one of the more advanced qigong masters in the world doing his own practice, very rare. Most advanced qigong masters make brief videos which consist a few exercises which they think will benefit beginners or sick people, and don't show what they use to become advanced. This is practical, because most people don't want to go deeply into the art, nor are they physically or emotionally prepared for it.
Mr. Yueng was one of the hidden masters. He avoided publicity. As some know, masters who avoid publicity are commonly more advanced than ones who like publicity. He did not want me to write about him till after he passed away, which is why this video is available to the public only now.
This is so you know this video is something special. Sensitive people will be able to feel a lot of energy from the Mr. Yueng through the video.
Tien Shan Chi Kung is actually real nei kung (neigong). It contains many techniques which qigong experts are unaware of. Real nei kung systems contain thousands of techniques, while chi kung, by definition, consists of small sets of simple exercises taken from a nei kung system.
Therefore, with this video, you can practice one level of the great Tien Shan Nei kung.
Anyone who has had open torso (organ) surgery within the last five years should not do this practice, women who are pregnant should not do this practice, and those who have ever had heart or brain surgery must not do this practice!
