What I love most about these historical videos is it puts a face to the stories, and you can feel it hit home, how it effected their families, etc. You do them justice with the level of detail.

There were three shots fired two shots were fired from the Dow tech building and that shooter was not a trained shooter the third shot came from that and that was a 222 the 223 has not been developed yet those 222 has been drilled out on the tip of the bullet and filled with fulminated Mercury they would explode on impact I saw an interview with that shooter from behind the fence and he said that Oswald never fire a shot

Well done Scotty. One of my favourite subjects. I was in school when President JFK was shot. We were sent home for the rest of the day. Didn’t know much. No TV just the radio. Read a lot about the sad incident in later years. Saw a few documentaries but seeing the locations, especially the crosses on the road brought tears to my eyes as my imagination turned to reality. (Hope I am making sense Scotty) JFK was a good man. His charm and smile won a few hearts for sure. May his soul Rest In Peace. Thanks Scotty❤️✌🏼🤗💕

My family and I were there in December 2017. We went there specifically for a historical vacation. We were there for 4 days and stayed at the hotel 2 blocks from Dealy Plaza where we could see the alleged snipers nest. We visited all the locations you mentioned except for Parkland Hospital. We also spent hours in Dealy Plaza in every conceivable location including the grassy knoll fence area, overpass/underpass, tunnels, opposite side of grassy knoll, old red museum and on and on. For those of you who do not know there is a JFK memorial 1 block east of the old red museum. I know a lot of people say it is a very small area but it looked very big to me. Maybe it is because we covered and visited just about every area in Dealy Plaza including behind the fence to include the railroad tower and behind the TSBD. I haven't been back since then however will always remember my visit as that was when our country was changed forever by a group of individuals and their followers who still control this country. Please do not forget as those who do not remember the past are bound to repeat it!
Scott, you do a great job and keep doing what you do!

Just a quick correction. The "Grassy Knoll" is the area in front of the picket fence area, not in front of the white pergola structure. While they are both grassy knolls, only the one to the left of the pergola (toward the underpass) is the area referenced by several witnesses as the place where they believe shots were fired from. It is not shown in this video.

@@GenXRules-g8w I think u might want to research more. several witnesses saw and heard a shot from the Grassy Knoll. A photo shows a figure known as "Badge Man" with a puff of smoke. Funny u should mention a blind man, but an actual deaf man, standing near the fence, witnessed a man , in uniform, disassemble a gun and put it into a case, and walk away . plus its been proven thru later balistic tests, the LHO could not have pulled off that series of shots in the amount of time, using a piece of junk, Manlicker Carcarno rifle. And u can clearly see JFKs head, go back, and to the left. It was a complete cover up. I could go on and on, but thats enough as it is.

It has since been covered up by new expansion buildings. If you're ever there, just look at the windows running up above the 1963 ER photos and you can find them on the original building.

Very nice vlog. It surprises me how small Dealy Plaza is and you showed some pictures that I had not seen before over the years. I have always felt that Oswald was not the only shooter but Ruby made sure that we will never know. I have read some conspiracy theories but there is no proof of anything. A truly tragic day in our history. The country had such high hopes for President Kennedy and it was so sad that he left a young family behind. On the other hand, nice to meet you Brexton!

Love this video. I visited Dealey Plaza for the first time a little less than 2 years ago. Went on the Sixth Floor Museum tour, too. I used to think it was a conspiracy, but I have slowly realized it was probably just LHO acting alone. I think my decision was sealed when I visited there...the Dealey Plaza area is very small and there's no way - in my opinion - that someone could have shot from behind the fence without more people noticing! P.S. Now, I'm craving chinese food.. those items on the menu behind you guys (at the end of the video) look good! :)

I absolutely agree; in 2019, when my obsession began in 1981, I finally made it to dealey plaza, I realized the area is so small, firing from behind the stockade fence without more commotion would b near impossible. Saw all the places, and satisfied some of my obsessive need to relive that day in some way. However, now that I'm 66 years old, I am facing the reality that I won't live long enough to learn the absolute truth. The whole Ruby/Oswald connection etc. Don't believe for a minute that Ruby was just mad and grief stricken. There's so much history there, and those of us who lived these times and grieved for our President, need and even deserve answers.

I was surprised at how small Dealey Plaza is and how steep Elm St is as it goes down to the underpass. LHO shot and killed the President. Once you've been to DP you can see how easy it was for him to do it.

Nice video. I’m from the uk and like you Im fascinated by the jfk assassination and the events of that day. I’ve always wanted to visit Dallas and see for myself the locations and get a true feel of the area...I think visiting would make it all the more real and poignant. For what it’s worth, I don’t believe there is any more to the assassination than came out in the Warren Report...nobody would be able to keep as secret like that for nearly 60 years..I think Oswald acted alone and his reasons for the killing died with him when he was shot two dats later...

Awesome video Scott. I know this is an old video, but I love catching up on your old adventures and your new ones. I was born and raised in the Dallas area, and you did a really great job showcasing all these locations. You need to come to my current town in Texas called Denison. There's SO much history here, including the Dwight D. Eisenhower Birthplace Museum, the Red River, Denison Dam, and the old Carpenter's Bluff Bridge where Bonnie and Clyde drove across several times leaving and coming to Texas. In fact, I currently live on a plot of land that they used to camp at when they didn't have a hideout to go to in this area. I'll share this comment a few more times on more recent videos just to see if you're able to read it (I will not harass you LOL)....Anyway, great job again, and hope you'll come back for more adventures! Much love to you, and stay safe!

You know it's amazing to me that after office Tibbetts was shot Lee Harvey Oswald went to a theater went inside and sat down without paying the girl at the ticket window call the police and said a man did not pay entering the movie This is the amazing part 73 Dallas police officers showed up at that theater not knowing it was Lee Harvey Oswald they're responding to a guy who didn't pay for the movie imagine that

The man seen entering the theater was a good match for the man seen killing a police officer minutes earlier just blocks away; of course the police showed up at the theater. It was only after he was arrested for Tippit it was discovered he was Lee Harvey Oswald. There is nothing sinister here.

    • @aaronz7056

Not true. Shoe store clerk Johnny Brewer, having heard the APB out on the Kennedy suspect on his radio, saw Oswald trying to hide in his storefront from passing police cruisers, and was so suspicious enough of him to follow him down the street. He watched him duck into the theater to dodge more passing police, called in a tip, cops realized the man was a good match for the suspect just seen murdering Officer Tippit, and came to the theater. Brewer pointed Oswald out to them, Oswald drew his gun, tried to shoot the first officer to approach him, and fought so violently 3 officers were injured just disarming him. In custody, Oswald observed, "Well, they say it only takes a minute to die" after asking about the penalty for cop-killing.
