I was fortunate enough to interview and correspond with the vast majority of the Parkland team in 1992-1995. A few years later, I had the honor of introducing Dr. Ron Jones at a research conference in Dallas. Of all the interviews I did, these two, along with Dr. Charles Crenshaw, made the most consistent statements and were far more forthcoming than most. Dr. Jones chooses his words very carefully, but those three physicians consistently, over multiple interviews, gave the exact same statements and I never found any inconsistency in what any of them said.
Did you ever ask them why none of the doctors turned over JFK's body to inspect the head wound? How many minutes did they actually treat the President, 10, 20 minutes? And most of they time they were fighting a losing battle to save his life. I find it interesting how a few of them have written books and dined out on the fame for 60 years, for a job that only involved them for a fraction of a normal shift.
The feeling of being powerless of not being able to save the president must of been a heart rendering day for these then young skilled doctors who led exemplary lives in their professions and personal as well

Same. I'm 38 n never knew much about except the basic things that you hear from past news clips or what u learn in high school. I am a former ER\Trauma RN turned clinical research nurse. I am now focusing my research on forensics. This fascinated me bc the medical findings n what these drs are saying (which btw is exactly how I interpreted the injuries) just don't match what everyone has been told, especially when you dig deeper n start reading the autopsy report etc. I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but I don't think this is a conspiracy theory. Something doesn't sit right with me here. I completely agree w\you n the fact that I've posted similar comments like this on other videos n they have disappeared after posting makes it all the more suspish.🤔Man I have fallen down a rabbit hole.🤦
Yes, agree. Quite different to others who interrupt answers and prompt with suggestions .... like Oprah. She is one of the worst interviewers. This medical discussion is well done.
If people look back at this interview in 50 years, they will be struck by the humility, civility and humanity of three gentlemen bred of the 20th century.
I had the honor of working with Dr Jones for close to 20 years, until his retirement, and he was a total class act, in addition to being a great surgeon.
That's how people of that era (i.e., our grandparents) were raised and conducted themselves. Polite, courteous, and respectful to others. Wish we had more of that today.

Armchair "doctors" such as yourself are the true fools. You like all the others of the same mindset weren't there and have only your assumptions yet espouse that the real doctors are wrong. He stumbled through almost every question and statement to the Doctors and even made 180 degree turns from his original direction. I was not impressed by this mans interview techniques. (PS - It was a conspiracy, the fatal head wound came from the front, the magic bullet theory was an insult to the intelligence of anyone who knows anything about ballistics, and finally, the Warren commission was told what to say as directed by the man behind the assassination ... LBJ. Doubt me? Follow the Money and the Power ... or read Roger Stone's book. He details the events and connects the dots beyond a reasonable doubt.

"Back and to the left" was the deciding factor, it seems. And apparently he didn't buy the shirt fibres evidence. Too flimsy for him, I guess.

Unfortunately, the Zapruter film refutes this in that the blowback of brain matter is propelled forward and not backward. So I say either Dr. McClelland memory fails him or he is big into conspiracies.
@@jamesbarlow6423 this one is hogwash as well. Two pieces of evidence proves this. One, 90 witnesses and not one testified that they saw an agent standing in follow-up car at time of shooting. Two, a picture after Kennedy was first hit shows the back up car. At this point Mrs. Kennedy knows something is wrong and has reacted and is holding Jack by the arm. You can see the follow-up car, there is no one with a weapon at that time. I could say three, but conspiracy theorists would just say an agent is just covering for his own but Clint Hill said it wasn't an agent.
@@carlmcdonald8744 . Wrong. 11 witnesses said they saw agent standing in followup car at time of shooting, 7 of them Secret Service agents. The agent in charge of the detail, in the lead car, saw the agent and said "at first I thought he'd fired." Jean Hill, curbside, said she thought "agents were shooting back." Hickey was standing momentarily. Two railroad workers on the overpass said they saw at least one shot "that seemed to come from inside the motorcade." At least 10 witnesses smelled gunpowder at ground level.
Great interview. Great interviewer and 2 great doctors. Even if the doctors differ on same aspects of the assassination, you can see there is tremendous respect for each other.
Yes they have respect, but what I take from it is even though they slightly disagree, Dr. Jones at first said and thought it too was an Entrance wound, and later after being persuaded that it could be exit, he bought into that possibility. My Question is why in any common sense world would people supposedly on a fact finding mission be trying to tell the doctor he is wrong and it could be this or that unless they already knew what outcome they were after. It just tells me that Jones is persuadable and Robert is not. He is sure that massive wound is an exit as common sense would dictate.
I wonder how many are aware that Kennedy had his Back Brace wrapped so tightly and down to around his both thighs, that after back/throat shot, he physically couldn’t fall out of the way of the fatal shot. So aside from open top vehicles..the poor man was essentially “braced into” a target position. Amazing to think how different would history been if he didn’t have such a bad back.
You are exactly right. First of all JFK had surgery on his Lumbar Spine in'53 that literally made him inflexible. Also, he hurt his back June 5th of'63 with a woman( not Jackie) so bad he had to tie his corset much tighter. the man had no mobility for The Crossfire that killed him.
Vern and Val, you are both exactly right. A few days before, he feel into the swimming pool, while chasing a woman, thus, he had the steel back brace. Has he not chased the woman, he wouldn’t have had on that severe brace, and could have been on floor of the car.
Did anyone hear that Mrs Kennedy had a part of Pres Kennedys skull in her hand n that she handed it to one of the surgeons? I listened to an interview stating this.
Absolutely fascinating presentation with both doctors recollecting in specific detail the events that unfolded in Trauma Room 1...amazing to hear. This interviewer was excellent the way he led the forum and the questions he received from the audience. Very well done and I believe that these drs really were clear on their experiences and they were very helpful with the information and answers to the questions posed to them. These drs are truly professional and very forthcoming with their consistency even years later. They definitely were very open and honest and didn’t float whacked out theories.
Like Lincoln, JFK's head wound was mortal. They made a valiant effort, but the president was gone at 12:30PM with that head shot. He was in agonal breathing and there was no hope when he got to Parkland. I still always marvel at the fact that both Lincoln and JFK ignored warnings about assassination from the people who were supposed to keep them safe. Lincoln had a death wish. His calvary could have kept him safe, but he shooed them away. JFK refused any measures to mitigate an assassination attempt. Just unbelievable.
@tomlavelle8518 there is a pretty simple explanation. Have you ever seen the color autopsy photo of jfk on his back and the photo is looking straight down on the top of his head. It appears with all the hair and blood and brain matter that’s flowing down to the back of the head due to gravity that there is a wound to the back of the head, ( it really does look like it, have a look at the photo) but when they cleaned him off and got the hair out of the way, it was clear the back of the head was intact, as clearly can be seen in the clear enhanced zapruder film. Also jthere’s a good show by nova in the 80’s called who shot president Kennedy. They took mcclelland and a few other doctors to the national archives to view the photos, after seeing the photos he said, “i said that I thought perhaps part of the cerebellum was missing, and that shows even how a trained observer can make an error in a time of urgency”.
@@stewartj3407 You're looking at two different sets of pics. I know the one you described, and you clearly almost see toward the right eye socket. And there's the Dr's gloved fingers holding open a piece of skull. That was Parkland. And compare Parkland pics with the Bethesda pics..used in the W.C. and it's clear they're two different rear heads. Even the hairline and hair is different. And they don't show JFK's face in those W.C. pics. The ones where you see JFK'S body and face, are the real ones.
@@robertafierro5592 Yes, at Bethesda only one Doctor was allowed to write notes, and they went missing. The other was irritated that he had to write from memory later on, and both had Dulles blowing smoke from his cigar into their faces whilst performing the autopsy.
Thank you. Makes tear up. My father was stationed at Amarillo AFB, Texas. In the fifth grade. Our science teacher went from room to room shouting , The President has bee shot!” Everyone went to the playground. So many were crying. Appreciate the interview.
I was in 3rd grade, playing at recess, we were all called into the building, told what had happened and sent home. I watched the TV coverage for the next several days. I believe LBJ had it done.
I was on third grade. They announced it over the PA system and they sent us home. I walked home and my mother was crying. Then we watched the special coverage all night. No CNN then. Later that night Newsday newspaper printed a special color edition and it was delivered to all the homes in the area. They kept putting a big photo of president Kennedy on all the channels which started to scare me and I remember being afraid to go to sleep. I remember our Thanksgiving holiday was very somber that year. Never forget those memories.
I remember precisely where I was when I found out the news. I can see where the bus was parked in relation to the school. I can still feel the heaviness in my heart when my memory visits that time.
Rob w they're lying about the throat wound. Pressured to change their story. Their first account of what they saw was correct. It was never proven later to be an exit wound. The author of that lie, Arlen Spector is said to have dropped the facade in his later years. I can't even watch these doctors lie. They've flushed their credibility but I can't blame them for wanting to stay alive
As a former trauma ER nurse, I can tell you there is NEVER enough space in the trauma/resuscitation room. And considering when this happened, the size of that room is impressive. The interview is well done, thank you.

These two gentlemen are medical doctors, very intelligent doctors and I feel that they are very truthful and did their best that traumatic day to save our President. The sad part is that JFK was injured so bad that no doctors could have saved his life. When brain matter is destroyed and just falls out they can do nothing and they knew it when that happened which is why they didn't do heart massage on the President. It would have been cruel and senseless to do that after seeing his brain destroyed. Thank You for sharing this. Listening to them answers some of my many questions.
McClelland's testimony is unassailable. There is no question as to the location of the wound he saw. Too bad that his description does not fit too well with the WC account of the events. I have no reason to mistrust a competent and honest physician's judgement on a recollection such as this.
These two physicians are upstanding and believable. I appreciated the explanation of the shish kabob effect created by Oswald twisting away from the shot. But whatever the main surgeons could do to save him, the anesthesiologist was under orders to kill him.

Brilliant interview. Two decent and honest doctors pulling no punches and articulating their thoughts on that terrible day in Dallas in 1963 extremely well. Great interviewer. Excellent questions and he let them speak without interruption. I've been to Dallas. Stood at "that" window on the 6th floor of the book depository, and stood behind the grassy knoll. I personally believe the fatal shots came from behind white picket fence and not from the 6th floor. One of life's great mysteries. RIP JFK 22/11/1963
@@nyujay2010 Yeah that magic bullet science and evidence was awesome, the trajectory of the bullets, the weight of the brain. You see science proves facts when done correctly. Almost none of this was handled correctly, it's a good thing people like OP have open minds. Not everything (most aren't) is a conspiracy but everything about the JFK assassination screams it.

Colonel Whitman VA chief of staff before the Navy had ships. And he was and still is a good man. Great surgeon. I was first one allowed holistic treatments and such with the Col. As nothing else would work patient hospitalized two years. Dying. He walked out. And still alive 31 years later. Beat the cancer beat the dialysis...all when I woke up in America
I've seen these doctors before and am always impressed. But big kudos to the interviewer. He kept it flowing with good questions yet let the doctors do their thing. He never tried to make himself the center of this event. Excellent job Sir.
I so wish a follow-up question of "Were the pictures you were shown included in the extant autopsy pictures in the National Archives?" It's known that the official photographer did indeed take such photos but the fact that that same photographer immediately disowned what was claimed as being his work declared they were absolutely not his upon seeing them!
I have always wondered if Lee Harvey could have survived his wounds if it happened with modern medicine. That was always on my mind and I could never find a answer. Thank you for clearing that up for me.

I’ve heard that in LHO’s position, facing front and turned slightly to the right, caused the bullet to lacerate several vital tissues: spleen, liver, and most importantly, the aorta. He would have had massive internal bleeding, creating shock and death quickly. Reporters describe him as “Gray” before he was placed in the ambulance. Evidence of severe blood loss to major organs and vital blood vessels. I am a retired ER nurse.
Dont forget that Connelly wasnt directly in front of Kennedy. He was seated lower and to the left of Kennedy while in the car. He was sitting on a jump seat.
I have to commend the Sixth Floor Museum for hosting this, and for letting these gentlemen give their accounts and also John McCaa for being willing to ask some critical questions. Too often coverage of this assassination in the media is aimed at shutting down any discussion of the official conclusions. One thing I was puzzled by is both doctors saying they had no problems with the autopsy report, even though they previously said the report's illustrations of Kennedy's head injury did not represent what they saw. That would seem to indicate problems with the autopsy, to put it mildly. Still, a very good discussion.

You can clearly see this interviewer is keenly interested in this subject and has given it a lot of thought in his lifetime. (We’ve all witnessed interviewers who pretend they care what they’re talking about).
Starting at 28:28, Dr. Jones says something very telling... that Arlen Specter directed him not to talk about the opinion Dr. Jones had at that time that the front wound was an entry wound. It shows that the "investigation" Specter was conducting was directed and not open minded... he knew what conclusion his bosses wanted, and they didn't want evidence that didn't fit the lone gunman theory... Dr. Jones is being very honest about what he was told, but he seems reluctant to draw the necessary conclusion from this that the "conclusions" of the Warren Report are not trustworthy. Dr. McClelland is more willing to believe the evidence of his own eyes over the Warren Report, and I am too.
No one was shooting from the overpass. Totally impossible, the overpass was filled with people that would've seen. Typical desperation by another conspiracy clown trying to interpret someone's remarks to support their childish conspiracy fantasy.
To me The Warren Report was not done with the focus on the truth but a narrative which omitted or manipulated the facts. Those who were present that day should be heard and their memories and actions preserved. Grateful for this interview.
That was a different era in a different country. There were no Democrats or Republicans that day. There were no people that were political or non-political. There were Americans. And we ranged in age from toddlers to very old people. And the children know about it. And knew it was very sad. And a very bad thing. JFK was our President. Of all of us. All media was sad. Walter Cronkite cried. He could hardly talk. We all cried. I miss my country.
Oh, that's not true. Unfortunately (or, maybe fortunately) when someone is killed, we forget about the bad, elevate the good. But people have taken out ads in the paper that day accused him of treason. He was met at the airport with protesters holding confederate flags, which was a protest against him, even the "umbrella man" was actually a man protesting his policies. I will give you this, it has gotten dramatically worse, but let's not act like everybody loved, in fact, there are been several people who have been called out over the years for their immediate response being celebration. People were just classy enough to keep a lot of that crap to themselves back then.
I could listen to these gentlemen all day... WONDERFUL interview. These men are the best kind of men, that have ever lived. I C this was nine years ago, and so time has passed on, but these two are simply fascinating. Finally, I wished I could have met them.
It's interesting what the host says at the start about our children and grandchildren not having the opportunity to hear first hand testimony regarding the Kennedy assassination one day soon... sad but true... just like The Titanic sinking, soon all the surviving witnesses from Nov. 22, 1963 will have passed on and all we'll have is footage and interviews, so I am all for getting as many of these people on record as possible... and as often as possible because one day it's all we will have........ and once again, thank you for the fascinating uploads ~Kelly Hope.
Kelly Hope true statement. I was in Dallas that day as a 4 year old. I saw all the people and was afraid. He was dead by the time I got home from my pediatrician. Now I’m 61

I was 7 when this happened & the teachers sent us home from school. got home & my grand mother was on the couch watch the news reports on this crying. I sat down next to her & watched with her. Growing up my parents NEVER believed the Warren Report. So there was a burning desire to find out what happened that day. I've read a bunch of books / saw many documentaries but there is ONE Video that was released that answered all my questions. The video follows a detective working thru crime scene using detailed Ballistic analysis along with all the other testimony & facts from that day. Its called " JFK The Smoking Gun " . That detective does a great job doing the analysis of what happened & who fired that fatal head shot / why it happened & why we our in this state of confusion about this ! Awesome video worth the price / time to find it & see it. I have watched it over 8 times & now I know what truly happened on that day & why our government has covered up the evidence. You have got to see this video I guarantee you will not be disappointed !
Great interviewer, excellent questions. Want to hear less from Dr Jobes, he recites what evidence was found which we all hear before. As a physician, in the emergency room. That's the detail being sought here.
Yes good interview. Excellent doctors. The issue is Dr Mc thinking the neck wound was an entrance. They never rolled the President to find the entry wound on his back. I am a retired ER nurse and don’t fault them; they were trying to save the President. Autopsies determine cause of death, not ER doctors. Autopsies probe bullet wounds to determine bullet trajectory and entrance/exit, not ER doctors.

He stumbled through almost every question and statement to the Doctors and even made 180 degree turns from his original direction. I was not impressed by this mans interview techniques. (PS - It was a conspiracy, the fatal head wound came from the front, the magic bullet theory was an insult to the intelligence of anyone who knows anything about ballistics, and finally, the Warren commission was told what to say as directed by the man behind the assassination ... LBJ. Doubt me? Follow the Money and the Power ... or read Roger Stone's book. He details the events and connects the dots beyond a reasonable doubt.
Excellent interview. Also, amazing how sharp and lucid both physicians are in describing the smallest of details even at their ages.

Dr. McClelland has told his story many times and it has always been consistent and precise.
Unfortunately, the Zapruter film refutes this in that the blowback of brain matter is propelled forward and not backward. So I say either Dr. McClelland memory fails him or he is big into conspiracies.

@@jamesbarlow6423 this one is hogwash as well. Two pieces of evidence proves this. One, 90 witnesses and not one testified that they saw an agent standing in follow-up car at time of shooting. Two, a picture after Kennedy was first hit shows the back up car. At this point Mrs. Kennedy knows something is wrong and has reacted and is holding Jack by the arm. You can see the follow-up car, there is no one with a weapon at that time. I could say three, but conspiracy theorists would just say an agent is just covering for his own but Clint Hill said it wasn't an agent.

Jean Hill, curbside, said she thought "agents were shooting back." Hickey was standing momentarily.
Two railroad workers on the overpass said they saw at least one shot "that seemed to come from inside the motorcade." At least 10 witnesses smelled gunpowder at ground level.
Great interview. Great interviewer and 2 great doctors. Even if the doctors differ on same aspects of the assassination, you can see there is tremendous respect for each other.

Yes they have respect, but what I take from it is even though they slightly disagree, Dr. Jones at first said and thought it too was an Entrance wound, and later after being persuaded that it could be exit, he bought into that possibility. My Question is why in any common sense world would people supposedly on a fact finding mission be trying to tell the doctor he is wrong and it could be this or that unless they already knew what outcome they were after. It just tells me that Jones is persuadable and Robert is not. He is sure that massive wound is an exit as common sense would dictate.

I wonder how many are aware that Kennedy had his Back Brace wrapped so tightly and down to around his both thighs, that after back/throat shot, he physically couldn’t fall out of the way of the fatal shot.
So aside from open top vehicles..the poor man was essentially “braced into” a target position.
Amazing to think how different would history been if he didn’t have such a bad back.
You are exactly right. First of all JFK had surgery on his Lumbar Spine in'53 that literally made him inflexible. Also, he hurt his back June 5th of'63 with a woman( not Jackie) so bad he had to tie his corset much tighter. the man had no mobility for The Crossfire that killed him.
Vern and Val, you are both exactly right. A few days before, he feel into the swimming pool, while chasing a woman, thus, he had the steel back brace. Has he not chased the woman, he wouldn’t have had on that severe brace, and could have been on floor of the car.
Did anyone hear that Mrs Kennedy had a part of Pres Kennedys skull in her hand n that she handed it to one of the surgeons? I listened to an interview stating this.

This interviewer was excellent the way he led the forum and the questions he received from the audience. Very well done and I believe that these drs really were clear on their experiences and they were very helpful with the information and answers to the questions posed to them. These drs are truly professional and very forthcoming with their consistency even years later. They definitely were very open and honest and didn’t float whacked out theories.
What a wonderful interview! These guys are incredible, calm, fact driven and certainly a great inspiration to the future generations of doctors.
Like Lincoln, JFK's head wound was mortal. They made a valiant effort, but the president was gone at 12:30PM with that head shot. He was in agonal breathing and there was no hope when he got to Parkland. I still always marvel at the fact that both Lincoln and JFK ignored warnings about assassination from the people who were supposed to keep them safe. Lincoln had a death wish. His calvary could have kept him safe, but he shooed them away. JFK refused any measures to mitigate an assassination attempt. Just unbelievable.

@tomlavelle8518 there is a pretty simple explanation. Have you ever seen the color autopsy photo of jfk on his back and the photo is looking straight down on the top of his head. It appears with all the hair and blood and brain matter that’s flowing down to the back of the head due to gravity that there is a wound to the back of the head, ( it really does look like it, have a look at the photo) but when they cleaned him off and got the hair out of the way, it was clear the back of the head was intact, as clearly can be seen in the clear enhanced zapruder film. Also jthere’s a good show by nova in the 80’s called who shot president Kennedy. They took mcclelland and a few other doctors to the national archives to view the photos, after seeing the photos he said, “i said that I thought perhaps part of the cerebellum was missing, and that shows even how a trained observer can make an error in a time of urgency”.

And there's the Dr's gloved fingers holding open a piece of skull. That was Parkland. And compare Parkland pics with the Bethesda pics..used in the W.C. and it's clear they're two different rear heads. Even the hairline and hair is different. And they don't show JFK's face in those W.C. pics. The ones where you see JFK'S body and face, are the real ones.
@@robertafierro5592 Yes, at Bethesda only one Doctor was allowed to write notes, and they went missing. The other was irritated that he had to write from memory later on, and both had Dulles blowing smoke from his cigar into their faces whilst performing the autopsy.

I was in 3rd grade, playing at recess, we were all called into the building, told what had happened and sent home. I watched the TV coverage for the next several days. I believe LBJ had it done.
I was on third grade. They announced it over the PA system and they sent us home. I walked home and my mother was crying. Then we watched the special coverage all night. No CNN then. Later that night Newsday newspaper printed a special color edition and it was delivered to all the homes in the area. They kept putting a big photo of president Kennedy on all the channels which started to scare me and I remember being afraid to go to sleep. I remember our Thanksgiving holiday was very somber that year. Never forget those memories.

The author of that lie, Arlen Spector is said to have dropped the facade in his later years. I can't even watch these doctors lie. They've flushed their credibility but I can't blame them for wanting to stay alive

These two gentlemen are medical doctors, very intelligent doctors and I feel that they are very truthful and did their best that traumatic day to save our President. The sad part is that JFK was injured so bad that no doctors could have saved his life. When brain matter is destroyed and just falls out they can do nothing and they knew it when that happened which is why they didn't do heart massage on the President. It would have been cruel and senseless to do that after seeing his brain destroyed. Thank You for sharing this. Listening to them answers some of my many questions.

Getting an MD is essentially an incredible test of memory. Thinking is secondary, but important. I've known many MDs that are not great thinkers.
If you had been present in Trauma Room No. 1 on 11/22/63 you would remember every detail.
Well, they replayed those events in their minds countless times. That cements one’s memory.
I can remember 9/11 and the first few minutes of seeing it unfold very well. I think that certain events are marked in your memory.

McClelland's testimony is unassailable. There is no question as to the location of the wound he saw. Too bad that his description does not fit too well with the WC account of the events. I have no reason to mistrust a competent and honest physician's judgement on a recollection such as this.

Excellent questions and he let them speak without interruption. I've been to Dallas. Stood at "that" window on the 6th floor of the book depository, and stood behind the grassy knoll. I personally believe the fatal shots came from behind white picket fence and not from the 6th floor. One of life's great mysteries. RIP JFK 22/11/1963

Colonel Whitman VA chief of staff before the Navy had ships. And he was and still is a good man. Great surgeon. I was first one allowed holistic treatments and such with the Col. As nothing else would work patient hospitalized two years. Dying. He walked out. And still alive 31 years later. Beat the cancer beat the dialysis...all when I woke up in America

I so wish a follow-up question of "Were the pictures you were shown included in the extant autopsy pictures in the National Archives?" It's known that the official photographer did indeed take such photos but the fact that that same photographer immediately disowned what was claimed as being his work declared they were absolutely not his upon seeing them!

I’ve heard that in LHO’s position, facing front and turned slightly to the right, caused the bullet to lacerate several vital tissues: spleen, liver, and most importantly, the aorta. He would have had massive internal bleeding, creating shock and death quickly.
Reporters describe him as “Gray” before he was placed in the ambulance. Evidence of severe blood loss to major organs and vital blood vessels.

I have to commend the Sixth Floor Museum for hosting this, and for letting these gentlemen give their accounts and also John McCaa for being willing to ask some critical questions. Too often coverage of this assassination in the media is aimed at shutting down any discussion of the official conclusions. One thing I was puzzled by is both doctors saying they had no problems with the autopsy report, even though they previously said the report's illustrations of Kennedy's head injury did not represent what they saw. That would seem to indicate problems with the autopsy, to put it mildly. Still, a very good discussion.

Starting at 28:28, Dr. Jones says something very telling... that Arlen Specter directed him not to talk about the opinion Dr. Jones had at that time that the front wound was an entry wound. It shows that the "investigation" Specter was conducting was directed and not open minded... he knew what conclusion his bosses wanted, and they didn't want evidence that didn't fit the lone gunman theory... Dr. Jones is being very honest about what he was told, but he seems reluctant to draw the necessary conclusion from this that the "conclusions" of the Warren Report are not trustworthy. Dr. McClelland is more willing to believe the evidence of his own eyes over the Warren Report, and I am too.

That was a different era in a different country. There were no Democrats or Republicans that day. There were no people that were political or non-political. There were Americans. And we ranged in age from toddlers to very old people. And the children know about it. And knew it was very sad. And a very bad thing. JFK was our President. Of all of us. All media was sad. Walter Cronkite cried. He could hardly talk.

Oh, that's not true. Unfortunately (or, maybe fortunately) when someone is killed, we forget about the bad, elevate the good. But people have taken out ads in the paper that day accused him of treason. He was met at the airport with protesters holding confederate flags, which was a protest against him, even the "umbrella man" was actually a man protesting his policies. I will give you this, it has gotten dramatically worse, but let's not act like everybody loved, in fact, there are been several people who have been called out over the years for their immediate response being celebration. People were just classy enough to keep a lot of that crap to themselves back then.
I could listen to these gentlemen all day... WONDERFUL interview. These men are the best kind of men, that have ever lived. I C this was nine years ago, and so time has passed on, but these two are simply fascinating. Finally, I wished I could have met them.

I was 7 when this happened & the teachers sent us home from school. got home & my grand mother was on the couch watch the news reports on this crying. I sat down next to her & watched with her. Growing up my parents NEVER believed the Warren Report. So there was a burning desire to find out what happened that day. I've read a bunch of books / saw many documentaries but there is ONE Video that was released that answered all my questions. The video follows a detective working thru crime scene using detailed Ballistic analysis along with all the other testimony & facts from that day. Its called " JFK The Smoking Gun " . That detective does a great job doing the analysis of what happened & who fired that fatal head shot / why it happened & why we our in this state of confusion about this ! Awesome video worth the price / time to find it & see it. I have watched it over 8 times & now I know what truly happened on that day & why our government has covered up the evidence. You have got to see this video I guarantee you will not be disappointed !

Autopsies determine cause of death, not ER doctors. Autopsies probe bullet wounds to determine bullet trajectory and entrance/exit, not ER doctors.
