This just helped me so much. I had amazonite for a while and it never called to me but today I picked it up for some reason. I have been a ball of nerves and crying bc I have to do an overseas flight with my little son on Thursday and I’m so scared. When I did the meditation I couldn’t believe it bc I literally felt like I was spinning clockwise but I was lying on the couch. That has never happened to me with a crystal or a mediation. I must sound crazy but I was stunned when I heard how much it helps with airplanes. I have no idea what that spinning was about?! This helped me so much. I will definitely take this crystal with me on Thursday. Thank you so much for your lovely video and your help. All good things, Clare

In fact, this morning I am posting a Home Protection meditation that I actually use on Airplanes. I don’t like to fly either and this visualization helps me feel much more comfortable. I’m new to crystals (about 8 months) and I’m finding meditation is very helpful to me. Thank you for your kind words. I have to rely on faith for this flight from Germany where we live, back to my home country of America so my parents can see their grandson for Christmas. My husband has to stay in Germany and work but he has been very supportive of me and I am grateful for that. This is Something i know will be worth it but I have been physically and mentally sick with fear for the last 2 weeks. BUT today after your meditation something changed in me and I feel so much better. I wish you the very best and a wonderful holiday season and I can’t wait for the new video! Anybody else feel something in their throat after the meditation?
I feel way more light and I'll definitely work with my amazonite more. Had big yawns with the light visualization don't know if this means something haha
