    The experience was beyond words. I was in a boyancy state. It took literally 2 minutes or more to open the eyes after the meditation was over.
    I am my own date. I am my own valentine. I am enough for myself. I am love. I am the universe for myself. I don't need anyone to approve me or certify me to be complete. I have accepted the way I am. I never judge or doubt myself. All I know is I am a divine son of the God and I love myself.

    It’s a struggle for me to pour self-love into my heart, mind, body and soul after many years of self-hate treatment to my being. I hated everything about me! Meditations such as this, are a treasure to me and have helped tremendously in learning how to accept myself just as I am. It’s only been a year since I started the process and in the beginning I quit here and there thinking it was a bunch of a hocus pocus thing. What I discovered and embrace about guided meditation is the fact, the evidence that it truly is working...I’m learning that * I am enough *...I am. Thank you Sarah for being a big part of me healing.

    Hello Sarah.I have been listening to your meditations for quite some time and your voice so calming at times I drift off to sleep . Meditation is something I have been practicing for years and last 12 years am on a particular path with various techniques.

    Today was very challenging day for me for my emotional state. I was looking for help and after having a glass of red wine ( haven't had one for a year) I found this meditation which made me calm and I definitely will use it for some time. This is self love listening this meditation . Love it❤

    I have listened to a few of your self-love meditations now.
    Noticed you emphasize self-acceptance.
    Feminine Yin is being, passive, acceptance, praise, gentleness, soft and tender, going with flow, surrender.
    Masculine Yang is doing, active, constructive positive criticism, firmness, hard and tough, self-discipline, setting goals, making plans, taking massive action.
    I think there is Yin and Yang style self-love.

    This has become my favorite meditation of all of the many I have tried, as well as the favorite of my support group, where it was introduced to me. It makes me want to meditate more.
    Most of my life I had taught myself to dislike myself, to my detriment & to the detriment of others in my life. This tool is helping take me to the next level of loving myself, those around me & daily life.

    This meditation is SO insightful Sara. I have been stuck for a few weeks about one deeply emotional issue. Now through this particular moment I realize or it has been reinforced to me that I have to let go of what I cannot change in another. I know it but needed a strong reminder. I have worked on I AM ENOUGH for years. I am grateful for your deepening of that vital concept we all must embrace.

    I had an almost out of body experience and I am only a beginner in meditation, the rational explanations make me convince and I open up my subconscious more easily. It is difficult for me to let go so I need perfect tone of voice, phrases and music in meditation and your channel is amazing in all these. You are changing lives, thank you.

    Thank you. That is truly a blessing. Ive been forget this beautiful feeling. To love yourself, to accept. That power. Its a wonderful feeling. And for me its always hard to concentrate and to engage with my negative and destructive thoughts but today i didi it. I need this practice because i need to find myself again. To feel alive. To feel good. Too feel loved. How many times a day can i do this? 1? Because i need this words and this mindset very, very much because its very hard for me to fight through anxiety and depressive state of mind and feeling.

    Thank you Sarah I love you meditations. They have helped me so much and I can’t believe I finally got my husband to meditate with me. Unfortunately he really needed to, but in the end it does relaxin and he has even done it on his own I’m proud of him. Thank you Sarah for the beautiful meditations and it took me a while But I finally learn to love myself
