Appreciate the video, had me cracking up the way you said bass instead of base, even though it's correctly spelled as Bass. Ya know like bass fishing?!
Mightve been a while since you commented this but im still gonna try😅 what did you end up, upgrading too? Currently blew out one of the rear stock ones and having a hard time finding good replacements
Your trying and learning which is good. The vibration your getting can be the door panel. I recommend looking at vids to make your doors quite. As well the speaker likes to use the door space as a sealed box. Try to have your speaker sealed all the way around the plastic and the extra screw missing is important to stop vibration. May be good at first but vibration may exist later. I have the same car.
Young man, You do relies on your model, the touring, or sport, or tech sport, and certainly the Nismo model, ALL have Bose speakers and a amp, The only model that doesn't have the Bose, is the Base model 370z. But they are Kenwood, Kenwood is the Nissan contracted provider for Nissan
Bro u can get new speakers for $35 and the brackets for $20. What I half ass hack job. U can even buy speaker spacers for $10 from your local speaker shops to fill in all that air leaks and your new used speakers left. Plus u cut off the speaker plugs, could of spliced the harness so u can reuse the oem speakers Omg
Now tear it all apart again and seal those holes. The wave off the back of the driver comes through those holes and cancels the wave off the front of the driver. You're wasting the system's potential.
h v using a flathead screw driver removing panels, putting in Bose and not using the amp they’re made for that doesn’t bring it to its full potential, saying the Bose and the regular speakers are made with different materials but they’re both paper and I’m only half way through the video

Thanks for the post. I'm spending a little more on a quality speaker. But yes these stock speakers are weak. Love your video, good work.

you should seal the gap you have with the new speaker. in the end you should have a really bad sound quality compared to the previous setup
