Out of all the videos I have watched on You Tube, I am surprised that I haven't seen a video with an Go Pro on the airplane like this. This was awesome! I really enjoyed it. Bummer about the crash though. Hopefully you have it flying again.
I just installed a GoPro on my Carbon Cub S2 on the bottom of the battery compartment door. CG is dead on. However, I don't trust 3M VHB mounting tape alone so I have added additional screws and nuts to the mounting base. That way if, or should I say, when I crash it, I'll be able to find the camera.
Optimal. keep in mind that the battery discharges sooner with the weight of the gopro. I now use a 32 gram GO. link www.banggood.com/custlink/DmGdqQggga
today i also crashed my carbon cub plane. exactly the same damage. the fuselage in the front completely crushed. did you manage to repair it and how did you manage the nose of the plane? in some videos people advise putting the part in hot water.
@@avinath1 hi, I did nothing because the damage was not excessive. but as you said if you immerse it in hot water it returns as before and / or use the phono for the most uncomfortable parts and then correct it slowly, without exaggerating with the hot air. thanks for your intervention soon
Was looking at attaching a GoPro to my Carbon Cub. My plan was to place in under the battery cover at the CG with the thought that this will lower the overall CG. You mentioned weight.Do you think the issue was mounting the camera on top or the weight overall? Looked like the prop cut before the crash. Was it when you were landing that you cut the prop and then didn't have adequate lift for the overall weight?
why would you cut the throttle that much in the middle of a tight turn? i am confused. *edit* guess you already answered: "my mistake was to go up with the batteries at 50% is when I gave the throttle to make the turn there is no done."
hello, and thanks for visiting the video. my mistake was to go up with the batteries at 50% is when I gave the throttle to make the turn there is no done.
in europe it takes: to do model aircraft activities 1) certificate A1 / A3 by taking an online course 2) QR code 3) be in possession of suitable insurance By By
Not bad for such a crash. Mine is on the workbench in pieces right now 😂😂. Most of what I need is on backorder.
luckily he crashed, and on soft ground.

hello the problem I had was the batteries that could not take it anymore.
Honestly that cub is the most durable rc planes for beginners mine fell from 30ft due to stalling while hitting a power line
