Tony (Or at least in the MCU I believe) was attacked by a terrorist group that used his own brand of weapons on him and other innocent people. It's kind of frustrating because miles and Riri were made by the same writer. However it is just my opinion and I am just some random stranger to you, but I am just saying why Riri is just a weak character
Its not irrational at all. She's written by one of the worst Marvel writers in modern history. She's literally the definition of Mary Sue. She has virtually no hardships or character flaws to overcome in terms of story telling. She's a narcissist. She's literally made, and, this is not a speculative statement, this is literally word-for-word what they have pitched to us... she is about "diversity and inclusion" which means she's not gonna be done well, like Kamala Khan.
CasuallyCompetitive I’m no fan of Bendis either, but if you think the character hasn’t changed since his relatively short run with her, you haven’t read many of her appearances. And even if you hate how she was pitched, look at Marvel’s Rom and Transformers storylines. Two of the most critically acclaimed runs and both started as nothing more than an attempt to sell children cheap plastic.
Father dies, only friend she had in the world dies, has to learn how to trust people, made the suit then got hit by a car, has to use Tony starks A.I as guidance. Wow what a void Mary sue character that you totally read and aren't just regurgitating something someone else said.

Tony (Or at least in the MCU I believe) was attacked by a terrorist group that used his own brand of weapons on him and other innocent people. He saw it as his fault which after escaping made him iron man.
This phase of marvel comics just made a bunch of medicator and bland characters (Beside miles of course) and Riri (In my opinion) just happened to stick out like a sore thumb which is why so many people dislike her.
@@SipDeathTheKid You clearly don't understand what a Mary Sue is. It means she has no explanation or reasonable account as to how or why she is as good/powerful/smart as she is.
She just is.
@@MaverickHunterJustin literally Google what a mary sue is and see if your argument makes sense based off what I just said.
@@SipDeathTheKid I already explained what a marry sue is and how she falls into the category.
If you dig her, or her stories, more power to ya, friend. But that doesn’t automatically mean it’s high quality. Just because you enjoy something doesn’t magically make it good.
Don’t try and troll or think you have even an ounce of credibility or intellectual superiority here.
She is a terribly written character, with terrible sales numbers, and that’s why she was cancelled.
Give out a content warning next time, when you said she asked her teacher to give her a challenge, I had a heart attack and exploded forever.
I don't know, I still don't like Riri. but if you like the character Well, good for you, after all, Marvel is going to get more out of her. personally I like more moon girl bot That's just me. Thanks for the video.
Juan Bisono suero Well, as I said, everybody has characters they don’t find interesting. What I’m referencing is specifically hatred over incorrectly perceived slights. Not caring about a character and hating them are different things.
Great report. Thanks for being a straight shooter.
peak wokeness.
Cringe asf
i hate it when people look only to hate, if that makes sense. people dont go into something expecting to like it. they go out of their way to find something they can use to rip something to shreads. sure riri had some really weird comics but so does spiderman, iron man and all these characters. its okay to be concerend theyll fuck it up(im very concerned about love and thunder being a comedy with gorr and all and mighty thor(who has cancer) but ill still watch it with the anticipation tho see something i actually like not starting the film with a magnifiing glass in one and my d#ck in the other hand trying to look for mistakes they made to rip everything to shreds. i get why people dont like certain characters and thats okay but saying something is automatically bad because said character is in it is just stupid
It's funny how you yourself fall into the same bag of hating just for hating, without understanding and only using xenophobic elements (because that's how Americans describe us Latinos not born in their country) so it's even confusing how everything developed
