As I promised Here's the Workout program:
Week 1 :Monday - 3sets of 5 reps(rpe 6) Tuesday - 3sets of 5 (rpe7) Friday - 3 sets of 5 (rpe8)
Week 2: Monday - 3sets of 3 reps(rpe6) Tuesday - 3sets of 3(rpe7) Friday - 3sets of 3 (rpe8)
Week 3: Monday - 3sets of 5 reps (rpe8) Tuesday - 3sets of 3(rpe8) Friday - 3sets of 1 (rpe8)
Week 4 : DELOAD all days 3 sets of 5 (rpe5)
Repeat the program with slight increase in weights from 1st phase.

Heavy weights with less than 6 reps leads to Strength Training so if u want to build muscle use moderate weight and progressive OL for the coarse of time.

I am going to the gym for few months now I went from bar to 100 kgs in deadlift
Bar to 75 kgs in squats
But bench press mattum innum 40 kgs laye iruku that too now after I started my cut becoz I was fat it's getting worse. Strength is going up in lower body workouts but down in bench
