  • Full Chest workout Tamil:
    Here is a video of my chest workout that I have been doing recently to build my chest muscles. These chest exercises are for intermediate to advanced lifters.
    Below is the chest workout for men routine that I follow in the gym:
    1. Machine flyes(warm-up) 3 sets 20 reps
    2. Dumbbell Press 4 sets 8-15 reps
    3. Incline Dumbbell chest press + Low cable crossover 4 sets 8-12 reps
    4. Flat flyes 4 sets 8-15 reps
    5. Decline bench press 4 sets 8-12 reps
    6. Seated chest press 4 sets 10 slow reps (focus on squeezing the muscle)
