At 4:26 - on the Veracruz (VERY similar) I was able to touch the bolt in back, but there was no way to get it out from below. Had to use a pass-through ratchet to get it from the top. Very awkward, very tight space. Took about 8-10 minutes of work because you can only get about 20 degrees of turn with each rep. Someone else on TH-cam was able to use a ratcheting wrench, but mine were too big to get on the bolt head. Good luck! This was the HARDEST part for me.

I removed all 3 from the bottom
