    Today I'm sharing a very simple high protein cheesecake recipe. Mix 3 ingredients and bake. That's it! The recipe is carnivore friendly.
    Tip for carnivores - use honey instead of erythritol (or skip sweetener and berries at all in case you're on a strict protocol).
    🍰 INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS:
    - 1 cup high fat cottage cheese (250 g)
    - 1 egg
    - vanilla extract
    - 2 tbsp sweetener or honey (30 g)
    - yogurt and berries to serve (optional)
    🥑 MACRONUTRIENTS PER SERVING (without yogurt and blueberries):
    Calories: 292.5 kcal
    Protein: 16.88 g
    Fat: 21.25 g
    Carbohydrates: 4.1 g

    Do you think this would work with whipped cottage cheese? I am not a huge fan of cream cheese.

      But I use cottage cheese here 😀 no cream cheese
