I love this workout, Sydney! It's fun coming back to your older videos, especially for cardio because you don't do much cardio anymore nowadays. I needed this so bad today! I wanted to just move and feel myself sweating and my heart beating fast. 💦 This workout accomplished that!

I cant believe how much i have improved in 2 years. I remember the 1st time i tried and I do say tried to do the plank jack shoulder taps. i kept falling. Today I did the shoulder taps while i jacked!!!!!! So proud of myself.

I second this feeling... Today's workout proved it to me how much stronger have I become since these weeks of training with Sydney... The donkey kicks and mountain climbers were easier to complete today without it feeling like my heart is gonna explode... I am proud of myself that I chose to train with her☺️
I spent the morning at the hospital with my mother in law who is dying and when I got home I turned on this work out to help with cope with the stress and Sydney is so uplifting and inspiring. Can’t thank you enough for the FREE workouts. It means so much right now.

I really don't like cardio, so when I saw a whole 45 minutes, I wasn't excited. But I came and did it anyway, and I'm so glad I did! I did way better than I thought I would and I'm really proud. Thank you for motivating me to push myself, Sydney!

This workout was insane haha, but I shocked myself with pushing through and not taking breaks during any of the exercises (behold the power of training w/ Sydney for nearly a year)! I love that she constantly comes up with new moves to keep us on our toes. The burpee/lunge jumps would have had me falling all over the place normally, but focusing so much on balance last month really paid off. Thank you so much for all that you do Sydney & Dustin!!

Me too! Found her when my gym closed in 3/18. I have done her workouts every day since. Now that the gym has reopened I have options! Like today I stayed home. Most days I just take her with me, throw in my headphones and head to my gyms back room.
Today was straight cardio day for me, and I'm so happy I found this workout! Thank you for a fantastic HIIT cardio burn, this workout kept my HR up ⬆and my quads were burning on some of those moves! 🔥I liked that burpee with a lunge jump, I haven't done that before, and it was fun! Whew, I'm super sweaty now, and super proud of myself for finishing this intense cardio workout! 😁💪
