Can I just say “THANK YOU”??? I found Sydney last fall and committed to daily workouts in February. I won’t talk about the pounds or inches (though I could), because that’s not what brought me to tears of joy in THIS workout. Five months ago I modified everything. When she said I could jog during the breaks, I thought she’d lost her mind. Jumping jacks for thirty seconds are you crazy?!? Today, we had a jog/sprint circuit and I realized that I was already jogging. I was jogging in place to REST. I have no idea when that happened, or when jumping jacks became easy, but they did. THANK YOU for showing me that by showing up for myself, my body will show up for me. You are so inspiring and I am so thankful I found this community! #sydneysquad for the WIN!!!

I used to do Caroline Girvan religiously and still am a huge fan of hers. However, I discovered you about a month ago and you were seriously my saviour during exam season. During those days I spent sitting and studying for the majority of the time you provided that much needed sweat. There's something so comforting and uplifting about you talking me through the workout. Thank you so much for doing this!

I love cardio!! Don't get me wrong, I know I am getting stronger doing all the weights with Sydney, but a full 60 minutes of nothing but cardio is my favorite thing!!

I wanted to quit. Not once, or twice but thrice. EVen rolled out my mat and everything and was ready to leave but smth told me to just do it. Don't think about how tough or how long the workout is, just do it. And surprisingly i got to the Sydney says workout which was the last one which sucked by the way because of the burpeeeeeee but i still did it. Anyways glad i dint give up, my mat is sweaty and sticky, I'm dripping and if this is not the best way to kick off a saturday then i donno what is. Anyway new week, new workouts, here i come! P.S. Thanks Syd, always a pleasure. Even when you include Burpeees and mountain climbers:} Wouldn't be here without you!!!
The Cardio workouts are always my biggest challenge, I really didn't know how I was going to get through 60 minutes! But I did! I had to modify some steps, and pause a bit longer to get myself mentally prepared for some exercises, but I did it! I feel so proud of myself!

I just finished my workout and I told my husband....I’m too old for this. Gosh!!! Sometimes I think, I loooove working out....and I do. I have never, not been active. But then again I’m like am I too old for this???....bc this older body doesn’t recover as well as the younger one. I CRUSHED today’s workout but I guarantee after a warm bath, a delicious dinner and then hitting the sack, I will go into hibernation and I have TONS to do tomorrow😱. So anyway....my attitude of gratitude is tugging on my heart now and telling me to know that I am blessed to be able to physically do something I love, in the comfort of my own home. I will give myself a pat on the back for making the daily commitment since July 1st to show up here every single day (I skipped a couple of days in June😳). I am looking forward to tomorrow. Thank you Sydney; I LOVED this workout and I gave you those two burpees at the end💪🏾
Just LOVE these hardcore cardio workouts. I love strength workouts as well but I know my cardio has been lacking. I've built a lot of muscle at this point but need to lean out! By the way... anytime you incorporate kickboxing I am ALL IN... my favourite. Thanks for kicking my booty Sydney!

You are sooooo good, Sydney! My husband and I crushed it, modified it and I burned over 400 calories which is my goal! Loved the motivation on not being a perfectionist, its ok to make mistakes, they aren't even mistakes, they aren't a big deal.
Didn't finish this like I wanted today, made it to 40min because I had 3 days of undereating. But proud of myself to push through 40min, Thank you Sydney!

Hi Sydney, you've totally saved my ass during quarantine. I'm a former competitive powerlifter and I've been fairly strong for awhile but zero conditioning due to never doing cardio. I nearly died doing one of your 30-minute workouts back in April, but I kept at it and quickly improved. I can now keep up the pace with no modifications in almost all of your videos, which is HARD. Thanks for putting out so much content for all of us stuck at home, and keeping things challenging even for those seasoned athletes among us!

Loved this workout and at the end I was thinking about the Sydney Squad survey I was recently asked about and I had answered that nothing could be improved and for the most part this is TRUE, but I do miss feeling like Sydney Cummings still reads (and sometimes responds) to these comments. I was not feeling my best today because of stomach issues. Around 30 minutes I didn't think I'd be able to finish but I just thought about what Sydney always says. "Don't think about it just keep moving. "So I did and I crushed it😀

I couldn't finish this workout all the way through but I went longer than the previous 60 minute workout. I am just going to listen to my body but whew did I improve. I successfully completed a burpee for the first time in my life and I did like 6! Thank you Sydney for challenging me. I hope to improve the next 60 minute workout.
Did this workout this morning, and it’s easily my favorite hitt workout I’ve ever done so far. My heart rate remained high the entire time and the moves were unique and challenging. I personally like a lot of jumping, so it worked great for me. Thank you, Sydney!

This has been one of my favorites so far! I was a little (a lot) intimidated by the 60 min cardio title but it ended up being so quick and fun. I really focused on doing my best in each interval, like you've been teaching, and I was able to do all the exercises better than I have in previous weeks. Thank you for providing amazing, free workouts for us all! You rock, sister.

This was excellent, I have been doing hiit workouts since mid June, decided to up it to the next level 1 week ago, this is my 6th day of bootcamp workouts with Sydney Cummins. Huge difference in my strength, stamina and endurance. Thank you Sydney.
60 minutes of straight cardio always challenge me and not going to lie halfway through today I thought I was going to die...ok maybe not die but seriously thought of calling it quits. I didn't---stayed the whole way and was even able to do the burpees at the end!!! Crushed it! Keep it up squad! You're stronger than you think you are!!!

I crushed this workout on Saturday, which was totally surprising as I never could do 60 minutes of cardio. I wanted to quit badly, but what got me going was those kickboxing moves, just when I was about to quit, they sort of re-kindled my enthusiasm! Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the workouts, not only this one, but for all the work that was put into this channel.
I think this was my most favorite workout I’ve ever completed! The sweat was dripping and maybe it’s just me, but I love 60 minute workouts 😂 love ya Syd! Grateful for you!

Hi Sydney, you've totally saved my ass during quarantine. I'm a former competitive powerlifter and I've been fairly strong for awhile but zero conditioning due to never doing cardio. I nearly died doing one of your 30-minute workouts back in April, but I kept at it and quickly improved. I can now keep up the pace with no modifications in almost all of your videos, which is HARD. Thanks for putting out so much content for all of us stuck at home, and keeping things challenging even for those seasoned athletes among us!

I just love your workout variety esp with posting EVERYDAY. What an awesome way to get people moving without having to worry about paying for a trainer or gym membership. May you be blessed immensely for your dedication and giving back to the community. You also have such a pleasant personality. And so realistic....you show your human side ( having to pause sometimes during the intensity). Can't wait to see where God leads you from here.
Loved this workout and at the end I was thinking about the Sydney Squad survey I was recently asked about and I had answered that nothing could be improved and for the most part this is TRUE, but I do miss feeling like Sydney Cummings still reads (and sometimes responds) to these comments. I crave feeling more personally connected to her, like in the "old days," when Sydney you had 100k subscribers. Miss that! I couldn't finish this workout all the way through but I went longer than the previous 60 minute workout. I am just going to listen to my body but whew did I improve. I successfully completed a burpee for the first time in my life and I did like 6! Thank you Sydney for challenging me. I hope to improve the next 60 minute workout.
Did this workout this morning, and it’s easily my favorite hitt workout I’ve ever done so far. My heart rate remained high the entire time and the moves were unique and challenging. I personally like a lot of jumping, so it worked great for me. Thank you, Sydney!

This has been one of my favorites so far! I was a little (a lot) intimidated by the 60 min cardio title but it ended up being so quick and fun. I really focused on doing my best in each interval, like you've been teaching, and I was able to do all the exercises better than I have in previous weeks. Thank you for providing amazing, free workouts for us all! You rock, sister.

This was excellent, I have been doing hiit workouts since mid June, decided to up it to the next level 1 week ago, this is my 6th day of bootcamp workouts with Sydney Cummins. Huge difference in my strength, stamina and endurance. Thank you Sydney.

60 minutes of straight cardio always challenge me and not going to lie halfway through today I thought I was going to die...ok maybe not die but seriously thought of calling it quits. I didn't---stayed the whole way and was even able to do the burpees at the end!!! Crushed it! Keep it up squad! You're stronger than you think you are!!!

I crushed this workout on Saturday, which was totally surprising as I never could do 60 minutes of cardio. I wanted to quit badly, but what got me going was those kickboxing moves, just when I was about to quit, they sort of re-kindled my enthusiasm! Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the workouts, not only this one, but for all the work that was put into this channel.
I think this was my most favorite workout I’ve ever completed! The sweat was dripping and maybe it’s just me, but I love 60 minute workouts 😂 love ya Syd! Grateful for you!
