This is how she can implement what people in the community might want to see or enjoy more to continue to make programs better. Ive been around for 5 years and there's plenty I dont like but I'm never rude but will not give way to toxic positivity, that helps no one.
Outstanding work! I totally agree. I have to wake up at 3:30 or 3:00 in the morning to get in a workout longer than 40 minutes. I adapt and make it work, but I really have a hard time waking up before 4:00 am
I feel like her shorter workouts are way more intense than the longer ones, you get more for little time and it’s great for single full time working mommas like me. Thank you Sydney!! You can’t please everyone if you want more add on another workout it’s not that serious. Stop complaining she does this for us for FREE.

It's fun going back and doing other videos I haven't done before, I think I found sydney back in 2020 or 2021 but didn't do the workouts like I do now because I had complications during my pregnancy that didn't allow me to do much. Wasn't on bed rest but could do the bare minimum.

I love every workout on Sydney's channel, I get to select whatever I feel like depending on my schedule for that day. This was a good sweaty drip drip workout for when am taking a break from weight training and I balance my week by doing one cardio per week.
Ill be honest, I was a little disappointed to see a 20min work out. But today has become unbelievably busy, so 20mins was beyond perfect! This was fun!

I love the longer cardio but sometimes showing up for 20 mins and working super hard feels like a longer workout - it’s not how long you workout but the effort you put in!! And today I am one sweaty mama with some spare time to do some abs and get myself ready whilst baby naps… that’s an absolute win!!! Thank you Sydney!!! Xx

Some may find 20-30 minutes to be just right, while others might prefer 50-60 minutes. The great thing is that it's accessible to everyone at no cost and still maintains excellent quality. If 20 minutes isn't enough, people can always repeat the workout or add extra exercises. I truly appreciate all your hard work!💓
Boy was I glad to see a 20 min video for the 1st time since I've joined last yr. BUT I should've known that mins do not define Sydney's work out intensity. This was fire 🔥 and tough.
What a great quick calorie burner! Appreciate the shorter workouts. I have German shepherds that I run with every day, work full time, and have a family and home to take care of. The shorter work outs allow me to fit it all in!!
