I think the whatnot auctions are kinda cheating. You're using the good will of your fans to sell which makes it much easier to make money and doesn't really reflect how it goes in reality with random ebay buyers. I do really enjoy the series though, keep up the good work but in my opinion it kinda cheapens the challenge aspect.

Brother I just did the same thing 😂 Had a influx of extra cash these last few weeks so I splurged on myself for Christmas, which I never do. Got the system and a couple controllers and expansion pak and controller pak and my favorite 6 games from back in the day ( Mario 64, Orcarina of time, WCW vs NWO World Tour, WCW/Nwo revenge, WWF WrestleMania 2000, and WWF No Mercy) plus boxes and carton inserts for all the games. Probably spent $500 all together, but I don't care. N64 is my all time favorite console, I should've never sold mine back in the day. Happy New Year!
One thing I wish Nintendo would do is to make more sequels to Zelda on their consoles like they do other games. I mean they use the same base game engine when they make sequels to other games so it just doesn't make sense to me that they don't make more sequels to Zelda games. The only two consoles that have Zelda sequels exclusively for that console is the NES with The Legend of Zelda and The Legend of Zelda: The Adventure of Link and the N64 with Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. I'm not counting the same Zelda games that were on duel consoles like før the Game Cube you technically did have two Zelda games for it, Wind Waker and Twilight Princess, but Twilight Princess was a duel console release because the exact same game was also on the Wii. So since Nintendo already has the game engine to use on the console which is the hardest part to write for a game I would think, but I don't know since I know nothing about developing games I only play them, so it shouldn't be all that har writing more Zelda sequels for the same console like they do with Mario games or Pokemon or even Turok for the N64. There were what, 3 or 4 Turok games for the N64 that I know of. Don't know for sure since Turok isn't my type of game since I hate first person games. I have to be able to see the character I'm controlling. The only first person game I have played and liked was Goldeneye since I'm a huge James Bond fan.
The original retail box for Turok 2 with the textured scales on the front of the box is pretty tough to find nowadays (I.E. you can feel the scales to the touch, it's not just a flat picture). I had that box back then, it was a pre-order too, got very lucky to buy the game on release. But after a short time that box was replaced by a generic one with just a regular flat image on the front.
I was out last weekend and I found NBA live 99 for N64 for 2 bucks plus a copy Simpsons hit and run for 2 bucks as well and that game has some value complete. Good collection your building for one lucky winner
My n64 collection I made sure the labels were mint front, back, top, bottom, no sticker residue etc. But Ive focused 90% of my collecting there for years. Simce before ebay charged tax & shippimg a game cost $2.61 lol. I did similar in buying mostly from ebay being picky on labels & sucj, Id then flip right back on ebay but my listings, photos, & details were extrenely good. Id vuy say Goldeneye for 10-15 max but only ever target mint labels, then take the best photos & lisy at 25-30. Same with Dk64, or Id pair with like Diddy kong racing & sell at a slight premium for both, i think 42 range, so 15 for dk64, 9-10 back then for dk racing, so 25 in, net 15-18 range on that flip. On & on, slowly building my collectiin, always swapping out my own personals for he absolute best mint cartridges. Got sculptors cut for 300 ebay no blockvuster labels mint, sold it aroumd when c19 hit fpr 965. Now loose its like 1500 or more lol. But I have a boxed version I plan on selling. I will keep many, but honestly for the prices I have other priorities so I am no longer targeting the full 100% collection. So I dint need a sculptors. At that price I do t even wanna play it haha.

Mena Flea market has about 20 N64 games in a glass case. It's not a huge drive for you, but all the other games they have are modern and some SNES. Good prices though, not eBay at all.

$80 for an ED64 cartridge gets you every single game on your console. I have some cartridges too but I gave up on collecting once i got an ED64.
