drop casual mode, use shulk back slash for trash low level UM, later switch to Reyn with sword dive, magnum charge for high level UM. Just kill any UM along the main route. Skip all quest related UM. Rinse repeat for several runs and you have 999 coins. Each run should net ~120 coins.
