    If you have diabetes and heart diseases
    Dr specialist advice, whole food plant base diet is the best
    Take more water 3 to 4 liters a day and
    Exercises 45 minutes a day
    Take high vitamin C fruits after meal. Second meal before 6pm go to the bed between 9 and 10.
    Good luck.
    Recommended 2 means a day not 3.
