    😊that was awesome Christina, you are SO good at that!! They were really good exercises. I was quite wobbly on the balance exercises, but you did em like a champ!😅 I'm preparing to do my second hiking loop for the year of 20 miles. Hopefully these exercises will help. The worst of it is not going up hill, it's going down!!! Ugh 😅
