Hey Rich! How are you doing? I recently started watching your videos searching on youtube screen printing. I am a Korean Chilean that lives in Santiago, Chile my family have always run a womens apparel wholesale store and i have been very interested in introducing printed shirts into our catalog! The problem is that I have NO idea of where to start! I have watched a lot of videos from your channel and others, but the problem is that I dont know if I should invest in the different types of printing styles. Do you have any program that does a Qand A or do you do 1 on 1 advising? :D I would love to take some advise from you (ofcourse not for free) hehe Hit me up if youre interested! I would greatly appreciate your knowledge! THanks! Kyu Lee
Honestly, the vlog style videos give people an idea of the less glamorous sides of business. I wouldn't mind seeing short 4-6 minute raw update videos, even if you aren't able to do a full production. Keep killin it!
Yoo much appreciated to you and the wifey! My wife and I Have been talking about starting a clothing business for about 4 yrs and at the beginning of 2020 I bought a 4 color screen printing machine and have been running into a bunch of roadblocks and learning curves. now I'm just learning and watching and reading a bunch of threads learning about how to correct my mistakes. After watching you abut a year ago has been inspiring and very helpful. thanks for the content much love and hustle.
Bro!! Saved this video on a playlist so I can rewatch it cause I even though it’s short it’s packed with great inside info about how to shop. I’m currently doing POD and figuring out the whole biz with yours and other channels.
Thank you for all the great content. Very helpful for a beginner! Been looking in your saga for a video showing how to send confirmation email with tracking number to customers? Help!! Thank you so much
Dang Rich. You make wanna reboot the clothing brand I wanted to start . And yes, the only reason I didn’t get that RoLo printer is because of how the paper is fed through the machine. I can See myself making a mess
Have you ever done any sublimation?? My wife and I started a brand out of our garage as a hobby a few years back and when covid closed down our wrap company we went full time into the apparel business and haven't look back. Performance shirts are a huge seller and have a high profit margin.
bro you can do 20k off transfers easily, transfers make shit easier and cost effective. Blanks is the only way i know how to do it even though i own screens or print white toners both work, appreciate . i have cut and sew but its easier to sell doing blanks

If I were to package my orders (package being a box or paper mailer bag) with shrink wrap, could I cover the shipping label with the shrink wrap? Does the Shrink wrap interfere with scanning of the barcode?
Yo, thanks for the last response! Have you totally switched to super color from FM expressions? I’ve only sampled the vintage heat transfers with FM, which I am leaning towards for my pieces. Any thoughts regarding full color vintage FM transfers? Again, appreciate the great content!

I’m glad I came across this video, I didn’t want to go bac to using printful. I wanted to know, how long do heat transfer washes last, & how do you know if you have a tear away label? Also, will high quality png files work?
The website you'll get your blank from will usually state if it is tear away. Transfers will usually last as long as the shirt as long as you have a good heat press and do the job properly. Yes, HIGH QUALITy png files will work, but best if you use a vector file.
What if you have a big order? Do you drop it off at the post office and they scan all of them one by one to give you the receipt with the tracking numbers ?
Make a end of day scan form and the post office only has to scan one sheet to scan them all. If you have a lot, you can schedule a pick up or drive around the back and drop it off there.

Whats going on bro? i bought the cameo 4 i am having slight issues with the neck labels. it seems like every time I am trying to print labels they comes out all messed up. What's the best setting as far as the blade when cutting the designs? and i think its because the letters are too small. How can i get my neck labels cut smoothly using the cameo software?
Great video like always man. Is "Only Ninjas" the only brand you currently running? Also you mentioned you generated 100K last month in sales. Was that only through Shopify or do you also sell your tshirt brand on etsy, ebay, amazon, etc?
I don’t like the Uninet printer when it comes to quality for a brand. For generic shirts like a birthday or Christmas shirt, it’s cool... but I wouldn’t use it for a brand.

So on Shopify u can fulfill all ur own orders all the time ? Or what is the difference between the ship on demand?
Can we create the tagless with our own vinyl? Or it's a specific vinyl?
You could create a really basic one with vinyl, but you'll have a hard time with the really small text.

Whats the best size of poly bags for joggers suits ?
I haven't tried a whole jogger suit... but I would try something a bit larger than the 12 x 15.5

Does supa color take awhile to come in?

I’ve tried neck labels with heat transfer vinyl. It doesn’t come out good. Text size is just too small.
