NOTE: Why did you cut down the moringa tree?
I have to keep answering this question so here we go again. The tree was planted in a wet location. The root system became weak and growth was declining. The tree also became infested with termites. Finally, these trees are often grown as annuals. Many people grow them for one year and harvest leaves and pods. They then replant them from seeds. Some also use five foot thick branches that root in the ground. I would have let the tree grow if it was healthy. I currently have another tree that is two years old just 12 feet away and it is 25 foot tall.

Moringa has all 102 vitamins minerals your body needs to function at 100% so it is the tree of life

This is about the dumbest story I have ever heard. I take massive amounts of Moringa daily and have for more than 10yrs. At nearly 70 I am healthier now than ever in my life. It's food that happens to have a lot of vitamins & proteins. I know of only 1 person who had an allergy to Moringa but he failed to tell me he was allergic to most foods. That is about the ONLY way Moringa can be harmful.. food allergies.

Be careful. Even superfoods are dangerous to our health if we have too much of it. My brother-in-law just died. Aside from eating moringa in soup, he self-medicated by eating the raw seeds, too. Too much oxalates damaged his kidneys, gave him chronic kidney disease that eventually killed him.

This tree is fully medicinal, from leaves, bark, fruits and roots. It is really a great nutrition supplement, aids with cancer, anemia, heart health, make infusions for lung ailments, and clean skin sores...it is a God sent gift 🙏🏻👍

Moringa is a fairly potent laxative if consumed in high enough quantities. Many of us who have grown it have had to learn this the hard way. 😂

People always exaggerate with everything they think that if a little bit is good then a large amount must be better. Everything in moderation.

Don't throw it away use it as natural mulch or fertilizer to boost other plants! you never chuck a plant unless its dying, infested or diseased.

No need to plant a moringa seed. You can cut a moringa branch and put in soil. It will grow soon

Maybe the spiciness that you tasted from the moringa leaves are caused by: 1. consuming the leaves raw 2. Overcooking the leaves. NEVER OVERCOOK moringa leaves. The taste is nasty. 3. The very dark green mature leaves tends to have this spicy-like taste. Use the young leaves and shoots if you're going to consume the moringa as a vegetable. And an advice from someone who literally grew up with a moringa tree- moringa is MEANT to use as a fresh vegetable for cooking. The powdered leaves are added in local flour to fortify/add some nutrients to our local bread here (pan de sal). It's true that moringa leaves are often given to lactating mother's diet to enhance milk production. Yes moringa is chockfull of nutrients but not complete. Better consult a dietician/nutrionist/ physician if you wanna introduce moringa into your diet. Oh yeah if you don't know how to cook moringa leaves I suggest you search some Filipino dishes like Tinolang Manok/ Chicken Tinola with Moringa Leaves, Ginisang Munggo/ Savory Sauteed Mung Beans with Moringa Leaves, Snails in Coconut Milk and Moringa Leaves and Sauteed Canned Sardines (in Tomato Sauce) with Moringa. Cheers and good luck to you.

This is awesome information. I tried some dried powdered moringa after hearing how it aids the bronchial system. STUFF IS AWESOME!!! Really diminished my sinus issues.

in my neighborhood in Phils. there are so many houses with Moringa trees in the yard. I myself have a huge Moringa tree which from time to time I incorporate the leaves and sometimes the young pods in sautéing other vegies. And I have a big leaves photos which really thrives around that tree. and it really grows easy.

I don't know which Zone you're in, but if you're in Zones 9-11, your Moringa tree will grow back on it's own after harvesting leaves. Plus it's VERY easy to grow from cuttings than seeds. It's hard to kill a moringa tree in the tropics, my tree grows back crazy fast after harvesting leaves. 🌻

Have you noticed how phenomenal Moringa oleifera boost memory for all age groups? We incorporate the products in almost everything except synthetics but alas over 5 decades we are doing fine even through COVID era, good luck all siblings of our Global Village for our Lord is good.
