i recommend a retro sound unit over the hidden unit. I have one in my 72 and its a great set up and looks oem. Another option there is a marine unit thats just a hidden box and remote. I have that for my 66 and just got a delete panel from a special so it looks like no radio.
I've got a head unit in my Jeep that starts playing music from my phone as soon as I start it up. Don't have to touch anything. And it's only $100. I even control the volume with my phone. I may change and upgrade down the road, but most of my money is going back into the car itself. And the retro radios start at $300 and go up.
Nice, fantastic detail! 👍🏻
Thanks!
you should be able to also depin and solder the wire directly to the pin unless its crimped. I sure that pigtail is still made.
I picked one up from Ron Francis wiring
