Thank you so much. Even though I'm attending classes, re-visiting lectures from different perspective Really helps to remember the material. Thank you so much. This is the best content on Kotler's book.
your comment is the primary reason I posted all my videos for anyone who wants to learn and because a second voice is often needed - not to mention many on-line courses are canned without visuals
In what way - what is strategic planning or how to develop a strategic plan or the role of strategic plan - if you give me a tad more detail I can assist you if you desire
@@shumyansheng3351 a strategic plan is an overview of the direction of a company and comes from the upper management of an organization. This plan will discuss the goal, and objectives of an organization. The marketing plan then supports the overall goals set by the strategic plan. Most strategic plans are looking at a time span of not less than 3 and no more than 5 years (depending on the industry some plan are longer). The development of strategic plan would be covered in business organization class, not a marketing class. The marketing plan is developed based on what the overall vision that company top brass see as a companies future. As an example Disney's strategic plan may include increasing its presence in the Chinese marketplace. The market plan would then decided the best direction to accomplish this goal (could be movie, theme part, TV show, etc.)
