When it comes to everyday carry I feel like this is an over the top system. If you can actually carry all of this close to 100% of the time then keep on rocking. I might be able to get on board with multiple flashlights, but I'd have to think about it. Keep in mind we do not exist in a void, in an EDC situation we almost always have access to our vehicles, backpacks, homes, etc etc. I feel like redundancies for particular items ON OUR PERSON in an EDC situation do not meet with the size and weight constraints I choose to work with. The real reason I decided to comment is because you have a multitool which is AWESOME. If you have a high edc rate with your multitool more power to you. But then you show us two other pocket knives with multiple tools. Why? Ditch the redundencies on the multitool/swiss army knives. Pick one, drop the excess weight, and either leave it off or choose other capabilities. These are just my personal thoughts on how your system would clash with my particular views. If it works for you and you have a high carry rate then rock on.

I am very concerned by recent events and want to prepare bug out bags but I can"t handle huge weights. Will you show some lighter but addiquate backpacks for handicap people? There are lot of us around.
You forgot a nuclear bomb mate, you cant leave your home without one. And when joining a neigbourhood watch you really want to bring a spare one, just in case.
Just wonderful, I have been researching "extra bug out bag" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Janameron Tenylan System - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my partner got excellent results with it.
I'm from Germany, so I have a lot if limits for what to carry with me. But that don't mean, that I'm not carring a lot of stuff with me. Here a short peek of my EDC: -BlackFox Tactical BF-102 (Knife) -BenchMark (NeckKnife) -TrueUtility (Multi-Tool) -a pouch with a lot of stuff: -vic black army one Hand -a lighter -a little 2 Lumen Flashlight -a tactical Pen (Shrade) -some bandages -aspirin -paper to whrite at -some tool I need for archery -some chewing gum -zip-types(?) -tape -first-aid-tipp-cards -some medical lip balsam -a sharpie -more paper + my to-do-list -some energy-gel (sport-drink, just if math in school makes me sleepy!^^) -red bandana -pepper spray (want to replace this with a pepper gun, when I get 18) -NiteCore MH20 (Flashlight) -Wallet(with a lot of stuff like aspirin) -key(with a vic knife and a Flash-/usb-Stick) -also have a quarter dollar with me, just for luck -4 hooks(?) don't know the english word, those one, you use to climb, just in little (just as a decoration) In the winter month I also have some gloves in my jacket and a hat. That should be all of my EDC. So you see, he's not the only person, carrying a lotvof stuff withim.
Nice video, thanks for sharing. I did my own a while back. In my business environment I'm far more limited in what I can carry. Light, multi tool, lighter, small fixed blade and Gerber Dime.
Great ideas and gear. (I'm not a N82 Tactical fan though. I've had two of their holsters and they just didn't work for me) The Olight looked like a nice option for my EDC bag or to carry on me. I use flashlights on a daily basis, with older eyes they help me ID product all day long in the dimly lit cooler at work. +1 on supporting the Mom & Pop shops!
Been subscribed and follow on IG for a while and must say you are easily one of my favorite channels. Always great vids and you just seem like a cool down to earth dude. Weird that even prepared people say you edc to much here when you specifically said this is for a high risk area. People that edc know that planned locations and situations require edc adjustments.
Ever considered a clipper lighter? A good refillable fire source. I also recommend carrying a large fixed knife. A good 🔪stabby-stab🔪 will stop a mugger. Maybe a revolver with 6 rounds? Or a magazine-fed gun.
great video and gear. I don't carry that many items on me but I do have the essentials. if I may suggest, nothing wrong with carry the revolver, I would carry one or two speed strips with me. I always like to have at least one reload. thanks for sharing.

If you drop your flashlight how can you find it? Imagine have to climb a ladder in an emergency in the dark, you drop a flashlight, perhaps your main light, without a significant backup You're done.
i don't mean to sound like I'm hating but do you really need a back up flashlight? or 2 backup picket knives? its good to be prepared but at what point is it overkill, where you could just "suffer" until you're back to civilization

Exactly. I had a N82 holster. It took 3 months to completely fall apart. The leather backing shows no discoloration from body oils and the gun had no rub marks from pants. You should start seeing that after just a couple days of use. My EDC holster and pistol show proper signs of being worn every day. Mechanics gloves are great but hard use will kill them in a day. I have about 10 pieces of Maxpedition gear and none of it looks as new as his micro organizer. They are a great organizer BTW. There's some nice things on the table but it's all new.

Hate to tell you but just because you are CPR certified does not mean you can medicate someone but luckily for you there are laws to protect you in case you do. Just be careful handing someone an Aspirin or a Benadryl. You may hand someone a Benadryl for an allergic reaction and kill them because they are allergic to Benadryl itself. As well as you may hand someone an Aspirin for a "heart attack" (which by the way you cannot legally diagnose a heart attack either you can only recognize signs and symptoms that's why I put it in quotes) but anyway you could hand the an Aspirin and end up killing them because they could either be allergic to Aspirin or not be having a heart attack and having a Stroke or another emergency. Just warning you to be careful. I'm a 240 hour certified firefighter With 16 hours of EVOC training 16 hours of hazmat operations training 4 hours of everyone goes home safety initiative training. CPR for the professional rescuer, oxygen therapy, BB pathogen training, first aid training. Plus I have taken my 160+ EMT Basic course and passed that. Just waiting to take my registry till the department requires me too. Just pointing out some advice not trying to start anything I loved the video my friend. Good stuff.
Very capable and useful EDC sir...did you use a multipocket vest or dayhike bag to facilitate portage or just coat/ cargo pants to carry your gear ?...(really like your choice of firearm..Ruger SP 101 is a great revolver)...
If you have a .357 and a automatic pepper spray gun then what's the point for a monkey fist, same deal with 2 Swiss Army knives and 3 flashlights, get rid of 2 flashlights, a Swiss Army knife, and monkey fist. I'm American and I realize that some parts of town are messed up and quiet and ghetto, I honestly would keep your gun, knife, multi tool, 1 flashlight and your gloves

Coming from what YOU might call a bad area I'd have to say you must go to bed with a shotgun in your hand. This is such overkill is not even funny. Your the type of person that says always be prepared, but judging by this pocket dump your sadly unprepared for anything but the hopes of getting to use your attack tools. If it ever comes down to it your going to have time to subconsciously grab one maybe two items not all 50! Nobody who has a pepper gun is going to take out their keys to swing a monkeyfist! Look up urban survival kits for day to day use and learn what you need and don't need. All said when it comes down to the basics is all self reliance not a utility belt.

Ya a steel monkey's fist probably won't break glass, not dense enough. Mine are lead, with a much longer handle so it has real force, that is pretty much a fashion statement amplifying your own ability 5-10% at the most.
Further I didn't see a mirror or magnifying glass. Flashlight only solvesthe dark problem, seeing up close and without line of sight are other problems my EDC gear must solve.
+Josh Starkey yes I guess. tactical pens sure I didn't see that in this video, I heard this loser say his paracord tool could break glass and had to call that bluff. I've tried, steel (2-3 oz) ones don't have enough force. a steel sledgehammer will indeed blow through any glass window, pointed things are just more convenient and decrease the total speed and power the person has to use.

Ya a steel monkey's fist probably won't break glass, not dense enough. Mine are lead, with a much longer handle so it has real force, that is pretty much a fashion statement amplifying your own ability 5-10% at the most.
Further I didn't see a mirror or magnifying glass. Flashlight only solvesthe dark problem, seeing up close and without line of sight are other problems my EDC gear must solve.
Well, you can break glass with a sturdy pen or other hard pointy object, so I think it's more about having a good grip and a point than density.
Most tactical pens and some knives have glassbreakers
Also in regards to the magnifying glass, I saw he had one tucked in with his cardsharp
+Josh Starkey yes I guess. tactical pens sure I didn't see that in this video, I heard this loser say his paracord tool could break glass and had to call that bluff. I've tried, steel (2-3 oz) ones don't have enough force. a steel sledgehammer will indeed blow through any glass window, pointed things are just more convenient and decrease the total speed and power the person has to use.
